Leandra fr Starbucks along 98 is the bestest barista, she took time to introduce the coffee beans, ie dark/medium roast, different flavours, different countries, even though we didn’t ask her to go into details, in fact we only ask what’s available, nobody in Starbucks even in other states n other countries we have been to actually took the time to share w us such info. I always have a pleasant experience in Starbucks, but this is exceptional excellent service. We need more young pple like her. Read moreYesterday was my WORST Starbucks experience ever!!! Not only did I have to wait more than 20 minutes for two blended Frappuccinos, they were horrible!!! Not to mention that they were out of whipped cream!!!I understand that training must be done in order to have an adequate amount of staff members present daily, but it shouldn't be done with 10 people in line!!! Above all, the young lady working yesterday was wearing a mask and did not wash her hands when she readjusted the mask, touching her mouth and nose. Read moreThis is an almost daily stop for me. I'm not big on Starbucks, but I love coffee, and great customer service. The wait can be long sometimes, but usually it's because someone has called out and there's only one person working. The one person never seems flustered or rattled though. They do their job precisely, and with a smile on their face all while carrying a conversation with you. Having been a barista in a past life, I know how hard that can be, and appreciate that they have staff that can pull it off....
