Nino's — Restaurant in Darien

Family owned business that started in Stamford and brought there fine cuisine to Darien. Niños is a all around great Italian restaurant giving you a great variety of Italian dishes. Pizza is delicious and there pasta dishes are to die for. My personal favorite is Miguel’s Penne. A dish of grilled chicken with garlic bathed in white wine butter sauce that goes over penne pasta. A must have if you haven’t already tried. All there dishes are wonderful and they make sure your always satisfied with your meal. You feel like your home when you eat at Ninos and that’s what makes this place so special. Thanks for the great food and hard work guys. I highly recommend this...

My little family and I had a great experience coming to Nino's of Darien after leaving a funeral service. I'm thankful that John from Bosak Funeral Home for the recommendation. Everything from the fresh out of the oven bread to the entrees (Chicken and Eggplant Parmigiana, Chicken Piccata, Pasta alla vodka, 2 personal pizzas, Fries and Tiramisu) were cooked to perfection including my 4 year old's meal. Shout out to my waitress Jamie G. and her assistant for bringing out the food on a timely fashion and hospitality. I had to drive back home which was 2 hours away. Oh Stamford Pizza...what happened? Sat in traffic, parked down the street, and walked all the way to try your new restaurant. Got seated and waited, and waited, and waited. While waiting, others got seated, and their tables were touched and served, but not mine. Eventually, waited 19 minutes before I walked out. No one asked us if we wanted a drink or gave an update. The host didn’t know what to do; it’s too bad. I get you’re in a new place with new employees (old ones too) but no one should have to sit unattended to for that long; especially watching others get seated after me and watching them get...
