Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Dartmouth

So been waiting for them to open so we could try them..well got to try it today...sad to say I will not be returning. For real I'm being kind by giving 2 stars. It wasn't busy when we went and yet we waited quite awhile for our wraps. I got the baja chicken wrap it was all wet Loaded with salsa a few pieces of chicken ..it was a mess. Thier were a few emplyees and only 2 out of all of them had gloves on. I beleivee the gentlman at the grill is a manager as his shirt is a different color, he had gloves on. The other gentlman who had gloves on was cleaing. As sandwiches were handed off to the workers at the counter those workers did not have gloves on and whete touchibg the sandwiches even handled bacon to put on the sadnwiches with bare hands. The girl who cuts an wraps them didn't have gloves on. That's a bit disturbing seeing how they are handling food by hand with no gloves. Even though we got wraps we could see the sandwiches and they are small for the price they charge . sorry Jersey Mike's nothing special there at all. I ended up throwing away half my wrap.. I'm not one for wasting food.. But i ordered a baja chicken wrap not a salsa wrap just...

This Jersey Mike's location is the best one out there. The subs are top notch and the staff takes the time to make sure that the order is right.

It was a hot and humid evening and during the family road trip, our stomachs decided to flip, flop, pop and lock. We didn't know what to do. There in the distance, almost with a halo we could make out the Jersey Mike's sign leading our way to everlasting bread-love. We stopped, got out of the car and when we finished looking at the beautiful woman in the red dress, we noticed the lush colors of all the vegetables behind the counter and knew we would be just fine.

Four subs later and a few bag of chips, we were able to breathe a sigh of relief knowing that Jersey Mike's had our backs.

This is a must visit location. Thank you for the stellar service...

Ordered 2 hot subs online today (3/9/23). They had a pick up time of 12:34. I showed up at 1245 and they were not ready. I walked out of the store at 1:10 with my two subs, and was late for a work meeting. Unreal how slow and far behind the workers were. At one point I heard one of the workers tell the lady that was working the grill station that she needed to follow the tickets in order. There were people with later pick up times getting their hot subs before a group of us that were standing there for what seemed like eternity. When I did finally get my subs there was no apology for the 40 minute wait. No coupons or anything. I wish there was a manager there that could make sure the tickets are being completed in order.
