I know this place gets a lot of heat for its "bland chicken" but I honestly like it, yes the sauce does take the fingers to another level but ive never had a single box that wasn't good. This time I got the caniac because I was extra hungry and it was delivered, first off it was hot still and I live on the west end! I normally get double fries and yeah they're fries but I have no complaints, I definitely get lots of extra sauce to have through the week for other things. I truly believe it runs at a good level against other chicken places and always will. If anything I think they should give a spicy option I think that they definitely should have it on the menu. Also order extra bread thats always a plus. Oh and a Lg sweet tea extra ice. They also sell it by the gallons. Overall ill continue to get canes and this location always does a great job, I think a big part is its a busy spot of town.

We are from Illinois and we had a planned trip to Iowa today for the state fair. We made sure to add Raising Cane's into the GPS so we could eat there for the second time. The menu was a bit limited and our fries weren't warm but the strips were fresh. It was also nice that the combo came with the drink not to mention the big selection of beverages that they had to offer. I was a bit surprised there wasn't any sort of dessert on the menu, I bet it would sell good if you had something. I also thought that $44 was pretty reasonably priced for four people. In addition, the restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly also so we'll be returning next time we're in town.

I pulled up before 9 PM, after I checked the closing time and it said 10:30. There were quite a few cars ahead of me when I got into the drive up line. Just as soon as it was my turn to pull up to order a young man came out, put a construction come in front of my truck, and walked off without saying a word. There were 5 cars behind me and after a few minutes, mind you I am stuck between a cone and the cars behind me, a young lady tells the driver of the car 2 cars from me that they have closed. Always a pleasant experience here but how rude!

RAISING CANE'S IS OVERRATED!

I went to Cane's for my first time today. The first thing I noticed when I entered the restaurant is that the music is WAY too loud. The menu only has four combos on it, and the only difference is the number of chicken fingers in each combo. They have a chicken "sandwich," but it is just three chicken fingers in a bun. The sauce that they claim is "The Boss" is just diluted Thousand Island dressing with too much pepper. The chicken itself is okay, but it just tastes like chicken. The "breading" adds nothing in terms of flavor or texture; it's just there. The fries taste like fries, but they are all bent and curved; not many are straight. The Texas toast is good, but I don't think it needs to be there. The coleslaw tastes like coleslaw, nothing special. In my opinion, that's the theme of this restaurant. It's nothing special; it's just chicken fingers and fries and such. It's especially this way at this location, as Chic-Fil-A, a much better restaurant, is two minutes down the road. Places like Chic-Fil-A, KFC, and even Wendy's have much better chicken than Cane's, and in my opinion, there is only one reason to go to Cane's: if it's the only chicken restaurant in town. Otherwise, the other restaurants I mentioned are way better and more...

Awful experience. We entered and waited 10 minutes to be helped. They were having pinpad issues, and the employee was very frustrated towards the situation, but also did not have any customer service skills. Employee just stood and looked at us when the pinpad was having trouble, and offered no solution other than “do you have cash?” I don’t carry cash regularly so told him no. Manager came up and told the employee that it was broken and he still had to reset it (rudely to the employee might I add) I paid and immediately recieved my food, but then realized they forgot to give me extra cane sauce. I went back up and got my cane sauce, just before the employee called out my name for the second time to come get my food, which I already had. If I was a dishonest man, I would’ve taken the extra food. Fries were soggy and cold, as well as the chicken, which made me sick. Bread was soggy. It’s like they sacrifice the food being done for the speed at which they can get it out to you. Ridiculous and terrible...

9/18/2022 @ 1430hrs (or so) Chicken fingers and the meal were very good. The dining area was a mess with dirty tables and floor. I brought this to the attention of the young man taking orders and said he would get it. There was a young lady (maybe a bit mentally challenged) working that area, he said something to her about washing the tables, buy she paid him no mind and fought with the trash. She actually at one point went over to the straw condiment area and rearranged the mess left on the counter but never picked it up. As we left, I again brought the mess to the attention of the young man working the counter and asked him if he realized the customers were cleaning their own tables. Because there was no clean ones left. He mumbled something and I kindly (it was kindly) let him know that was unnacceptable. The restrooms needed care also. At this point I am not sure we will be back, knowing they can't keep the dining area clean and or restrooms, how clean is the kitchen...
