Well, I'm done with this place. In the past, I felt like it was expensive, but somehow worth it with the quality and the service. I ordered an açai bowl online today for my son and went and picked it up, and there was no one in the front of the store, but my bowl was in the cooler, so I grabbed it and headed out. When I got home, my son told me there was no granola on the bowl. And also the bowl is so much smaller than it was in the past. So I called the store, and the girl answered and said "yes we are out of granola."On a Monday afternoon. She said "the girl was supposed to tell you when you picked it up." But there was nobody in the store, and they gave me the bowl anyway. $14 bowl, $15 with tax and $16 because you have to leave some sort of tip when ordering online. And no granola. I measured the bowl when my son finished and you couldn't even fit 2 cups in it. So 14 ounces for $16. More than a dollar per ounce. So not worth it and I didn't even even get the granola. I called to complain and after pressed, the employee offered to refund my money, but they put what they knew was an inferior product in that cooler and skedaddled....

We entered 30 min before closing and instead of welcoming us the server asked âdo you have a mobile orderâ and ehsn we answered that we didnât she rolled her eyes and giggled at the other server. There were no other people standing in line but it appeared that they were completing another order so we waited patiently to be attended to . However after waiting 10 min we asked the server whether she would be taking our order . She then snidely commented that it was on the other side of the business. When I asked why neither girl didnât offer to direct us to the register where the other one was waiting, she said âwell there is a signâ. The service was rude and we decided to not get anything.    Read moreI have to say Ammere and Madeline made my ENTIRE DAY. I went in today for lunch. They are so sweet, professional, patient⌠I came in overwhelmed from my job, and didnât understand the new clean juice rewards (which are terrible for customers by the way and the old system should be brought back). I had a reward and kept missing out on rewards it seems with the new system. They helped me, were so wonderful, they made the best buffalo chicken wrap, made me laughâŚ. They went above and beyond in every single way. You should be absolutely honored to have two wonderful ladies work at your establishment. They deserve so much and I hope their accomplishments, dedication to their job, and joy they spread does not go...
