I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hard Rock Sports Bar, and I must say, my experience was elevated to new heights thanks to our incredible server, Catalina. From the moment we were seated, Catalina's warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home.

She greeted us with a bright smile and took the time to explain the menu, sharing her personal favorites and recommending some delightful dishes. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her enthusiasm for the food and drinks was contagious. Catalina’s attention to detail was evident in how she anticipated our needs without us having to ask. Our drinks were never empty, and she checked in just the right amount—ensuring we were enjoying our meal without being intrusive.

The ambiance of the sports bar was lively, with plenty of screens showcasing the games, but Catalina’s service brought a personal touch that made our visit truly memorable. She took the time to chat with us about the games, adding to the fun atmosphere and making us feel like valued guests.

Not only was the service exceptional, but Catalina also made sure that any special requests we had were met with a smile. Her positive attitude and genuine care for her customers are a rare find in the bustling restaurant scene.

I came on 09/17/2022 , so I asked for a Cesar salad the gave me my bill of 13$ But then when I paid they took 23$ I I didn’t double check because the waitress never said that she changed my bill, I saw that she took 23$ Its because they put chicken that I NEVER asked for and charged me for that when I did and ask to speak to the “manager” His Name was Ray , he didn’t try to help me at alll but blamed me instead and he was saying tto me was : BUT Did You eat The Chicken THOUGHT at least 6 times and he was really rude And nonchalant ! Went back to check out the vibe again at the L bar Jan. 29 (I mistakenly put this review under the wrong business and am correcting the matter). Got a chance to say hello to Josh, the bartender from my last visit. Pleasant as always. But this time around, I had the pleasure of meeting Dwanis as my bartender. Gotta love that lychee martini it was everything. I asked him about a Fleur of the Valley, he wasn't sure of it, but once I shared the ingredients he hit it spot on. I appreciate great service. It's a good team working at the L Bar. My friend was even able ask their supervisor, Raquim a question and he pleasantly took the time to respond, despite what looked like a busy night.
