Absolutely terrible experience at the pool bar. We paid $4,000 for a room in the Oasis Tower and the service we got was insane in the worst way. They refused to let us in because “supposedly it was raining and they couldn’t take tables.” Meanwhile, other people inside clearly had towels, but we weren’t allowed to bring ours in even though we had a small child who was freezing. Once we finally got in, they told us the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes. It was obvious they just didn’t want to take more tables and used the rain as an excuse to shut down early. And let’s be clear: it wasn’t even raining hard, just a light drizzle. We had a hungry little girl with us and still had to wait around 20 minutes just to sit down and eat. For a hotel that charges thousands of dollars a night, this level of service is unacceptable. I will never come...
