If I could post NEGATIVE stars for this establishment I would. Avoid This Place – Worst Service Experience

If you’re staying at the Hard Rock or considering this restaurant, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We had a reservation and arrived on time, only to be met with an unwelcoming and defensive attitude from the host when we asked about sitting at the bar. Instead of a simple explanation, we got unnecessary hostility.

We were seated at our reserved table, one of only four occupied in the entire restaurant. While we received water service, no server ever came to greet us. Meanwhile, a group that arrived 10 minutes after us was immediately attended to. When we finally flagged down a waiter, he awkwardly said he would “be right back”—but never returned. Instead, the same defensive host came over and acted as though he would help but offered no real assistance.

Not once did anyone apologize, attempt to rectify the situation, or even acknowledge the poor service. It was the most disrespectful experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant. We were prepared to spend $$$, but instead, we walked out due to the abysmal customer service.

Do not waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other restaurants that actually value...

As a chef, I always appreciate a restaurant with good food. Although not a restaurant per se, Marky's Caviar lounge delivers great food. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience encompasses more than just food, and this is where this place falls short, very short. The so called Manager refused to make an alcohol-free cocktail because, according to him, a cocktail lounge like Marky's is all about alcohol. I was astonished when I heard that. They have a bar that is 1/2 block long, and they couldn't whip up a virgin cocktail? Maybe they didn't know you could use sour mix, simple syrup, any fruit juice, club soda, and voilá! you could have made a virgin cocktail. Besides that, the service was so sporadic that they never stopped by the table to ask if we wanted another drink, more food, water... nothing. We had to case a server to order dessert, which, by the way, was amazing: a warm molten chocolate tart served with crème fraîche. The tiramisù was also delicious. We also had to beg a server for our check because the "manager" totally forgot about our table. The whole evening was ruined by an incompetent condescending man with a fake smile. It's not a place worth...

Wanted to celebrate our last night in town. The service was fantastic! We order the steak tar tar and beet salad as app.'s. The steak tar tar was really good but a bit to heavy on the chives, made it a bit bitter. Endive lettuce was a bit bitter as well which didn't help. Not something I would order again, I'm a Steak Tar Tar fan, have it all over the world, this one gets 2 stars. Beet salad on the the other hand was spot on! 5 star, fresh, flavorful and the lightly fried goat cheese was...OMG...made it pop! We had the Marky's Caviar Gold as our main, loved it. Smooth buttery flavor. The Blini's were so amazing, they too had a nice buttery soft flavor, paired nicely with the caviar and tool to get to our mouths. Love the setup as well, came with the eggs, shallots, etc. on a lazy susan, love that! Our server, at the bar, was awesome. He made all the recommendations, and they were perfect! He recommended, Laurent-Perrier, we ordered the bottle and loved every sip of it. Would I go here again?...
