McDonald's — Restaurant in Davie

I was planning to buy nuggets for my kid lunch.. But. A combo is close to $11.00 I decide to buy the especial 40 nuggets for $16.00. They ask me for salsas.. We are not to much in to it. I said only ketchup. When I got to the window got my food, I decided for salsa.. Ask for hot mustard . I extra pronounced.my accent, and most of the time the pass me hunny mustard. She gave me 2 and close the window. I wait, because I want 2 more for my husband.. She opened the window; I requested 2 more, ... She was about to get them.. When she told me, I have to pay for them. I said I got 40 nuggets, I deserved 2 more. She said no I ask for Ketchup, yes for the fries. She said no I have to pay for extra salsa. I just drive away. And... I remember why Y did not like to go any more to that Mcdonald's. Next to home, You Mcdonald's... Your food getting expensive and and the recipe worse and worse.. If you do not eat just fried nuggets.. So sad manager do not training employees no more. You are throwing your money away. And the service the provide.. Pretty bad. They do not care about customers no more. Do not go to eat there . Wasting time, money, energy, taste bad and make you mad. If you dare.. Hope you get...

Normally I order from here via UberEats and frankly, this is going to be my last time ordering from this McDonalds. On Saturday my boyfriend had ordered us food including a chicken sandwich. He only got a container with one chicken filet. No sandwich at all and I didn't get a side salad with my order.

This time I ordered a buttermilk chicken sandwich meal in which I didn't get anything but a cheeseburger in which I didn't even order. It was like the workers were like "whatever, we don't feel like doing anything more since we're closing soon. They'll be fine with just a cheeseburger" I don't understand why you guys can make a plain chicken sandwhich with two chicken filets but not mine which only needed one chicken filet. Mind you this was all during the DAYTIME. If it was late at night then I would understand but at least TRY to make an effort.

It's funny because I've been told by one UberEats driver to not order from this McDonalds specifically because the workers were inconsistent with the orders. I never blame drivers cause it's not their faults. They just deliver the food. I'm glad that driver told me about this location because it's the worst one I've ever...

Very disappointed in service here would NOT Recommend anyone coming here. They were out of tea and I hardly ever come here for good reason. My mom had to get me soda instead which is unhealthier and they were out of tomatoes too. There shouldn’t be a shortage. They should have enough to serve ALL customers. advice to anyone who wants the best service DO NOT come here I hope this restaurant shuts down because they deserve it! Angry face big time and I thought McDonalds was supposed to be all about being happy well I am not for sure after bad service. And I am a customer with medical issues and bad health so I can’t drink soda only tea which they didn’t have sad face for sure NOT happy and it’s the real deal. If anyone reading this was smart they would NOT come to this McDonalds period!! Horrible in customer service and they should be shut down as many restaurants are shut down they should be one of them!! Found out the tea machine was broken also which is ridiculous I repeat RIDICULOUS NOTHING should be broken as normal restaurants are functioning perfectly they probably need new equipment that they haven’t gotten yet for some...
