HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE‼️‼️‼️ No customer service at all. Rude lady always in the morning. If you don’t speak Spanish she has a nasty attitude towards you. Doesn’t understand anything your saying. When a Spanish speaking customer walks in she greets them with a smile and very respectful. There’s times when she sees your coming into the door she walks to the back and lets you stand there for more than 5 minutes even if you ring the bell.. there walking right by the door letting you stand there! So rude! The croquettes are always cold never fresh and always stale. Never again will I come to this place again! I rather spend my hard own money...

Well the staff was very rude to me to start off. I had walked in to ask if they had breakfast and the lady looked at me with a angy face. Repeated "breakfast"? And walked away into the back door of the kitchen. Then the sandwich was over priced, lacking of any flavor and hardly any cheese... So I went and rang the service bell to ask for more cheese and the lady looked at me and rolled her eye's. On top of all that she took five minutes adding the cheese before I had to go back and ring the bell again for her to come back with my sandwich. Oh and they're baked goods selection was extremely small. I would advise to go to...

I live in ny . My mother lives in Florida. I ordered her a cake for her birthday for her. Decoration was pretty ( though the writing could have been a little neater but its ok ) according to my mother and aunt, the cake was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! On of the nest cakes she has had in a while !!! She told me she wished she could mail me a slice , it was so good . On my end the price was amazing. Didn't have to break the bank to get great quality and the staff over the phone were very polite . Hopefully next time am in Florida I will get another cake and then some!!!...
