I would rate 0 stars if I could. My girlfriend and I just got back from walking to Carl's. The dining room closes at 9pm and the drive thru closes at 11pm. We got there at 8pm, both the doors were locked, and one of them was barricaded with stools. There were workers clearly behind the counter, but they hid and ignored us. We went to the drive thru to ask why they were closed, and they COMPLETLEY ignored us. I continued to ask until a car picking up doordash pulled in so we moved aside. They IMMEDIATELY greeted them through the speaker and took care of them. After the car left, I went back to the speaker to ask if they could at least tell me when the dining room would be open again (since their hours are clearly off) and they once again ignored me. I called them on the phone to ask again, and no one answered. The least they could have done is communicated. This was hands down the worse service ever-- or rather, no service at all. All we wanted was some jalapeño poppers. I'm not sure who was working this shift, but I hope there are consequences, because if not, the management should be investigated too. Read more$28.89 that's for 2 people.??? To get our lovely meal after waiting. Which was fine with me at the time because I thought they were making me fresh fries. Nope, cold, the double western bacon cheeseburger came sans double. It was just double the price. Here's my question, Are the CFOs and CEO so out of touch with the consumers lining their pockets? That they could think that their prices are even kind of reasonable? More and more it's impossible to leave your house. I want to start hearing from the people making millions and challenge them to one week hard time as a consumer. I will bet the entire months out to eat budget you couldn't dine at your own...
Read moreStanding at the counter trying to order $50+ worth of food for our construction crew, asking for a code for the bathroom for someone in our crew to use it. The lady at the counter says “not until you pay”. Went straight to KFC and guess what- they have the same policy but the staff was nice enough to give the code while we were paying.
This is terrible especially for someone in emergency situation. It was obvious we were customers, we read the menu for a few minutes before someone even talked to us. The person at the counter should not work customer...
