I work in fast food and totally understand its hard sometimes but there were four people working, and they still can't manage to keep their dine clean or even attempt to make the customer feel comfortable. So I go in and I'm starving original I wanted to eat Mexican food but my family really wanted kfc so I agree to it and immediately I notice how dirty it is and so I decided my order then I go ahead and tell the cashier who didn't greet me or even try to be friendly which as a cashier I would definitely get a warning from my boss if I didn't and I'm pretty sure his manager was right behind him. Anyways I order and take a seat as I wait a customers order gets called and he was in the restroom at the time so he comes out and they don't let him know it's ready nor do they call it again so then they call me up and like I said before I work in fast food so I have faith they'll get my order right because I hate it when people stand around and look through their bag I find it kinda rude so I take it and head home. Once I'm there I realized that the six biscuits and large potato wedges side that I'd paid for were missing. This was a $40+ order so of course I'm upset. I find it hit or miss on what chicken recipies (traditional/crispy) and types (wings, thighs, drumsticks) and sides they have available. I found their hot wings just awful - HWINO (Hot Wings in Name Only). Some of the worst I have ever had.. I find they don't have consistently good customer service organization between drive up and walk-in customer services so if you plan to drop by to get an order call first to see if they have what you want is available. Even when they have had what I want, they are often on the verge of running out. They told me that their supplier is part of the problem because the supplier claims they have a hard time find their location on a major freeway exit next to several other fast food restaurants. Now I'm not a Harvard High MBA but it seems to me like the conversation I would have with the supplier - assuming that's true - would be to inform them the next time they missed a delivery we would find another supplier.
BTW: I called them by phone to see if they had what I wanted was in stock right before I started this phone call. It has been over twelve minutes and counting and they still haven't picked it up. So maybe my suggestion to call first isn't...

I couldnโt believe I had this type of experience at a fast food restaurant. I got my money back thankful for that, and I still asked for the manager contact info. KFC isnโt on the level of weโre it should be taking 30-40 mins for fast food and the entire experience was terrible.
