The Posh Bagel — Restaurant in Davis

I've never got breakfast here, but this is my go to sandwich place 110% of the time!! FRESH, tasty, healthy, good portions and FAST! I only get a 30min lunch and coming from the other side of the tunnel traffic can be quite awful. Wether i walk in or call in my order they've never let me down! i spend more time parking then actually in there for lunch. MUST HAVE: Best sandwich EVER: spinach Asiago bagel, cream cheese smoked salmon! with everything on it of course (sprouts, onion, tomatoes, peppers, etc) I add avocado and mustard! the mustard really brings out a good added flavor.

#2 is the turkey avocado bacon on sweet roll with everything again..

if you want a drink, their smoothies are amazing and you can mix flavors :)

I guess their pricing is fair, i still dont like i have to pay $8 for a good sandwhich (and nowadays that is anywhere you go, idk how places get away with $8 for a sandwhich!!), but i rather go here and pay the same amount as subway or anywhere else, than make it myself haha.

Atmosphere, always warm in there.. maybe try using A/C!!! and brighten your lighting please, thats my only downfall. i wont eat inside because its always too stuffy.

all their rolls/ bagels are fresh, their sandwiches are HUGE, so dont be embarrassed when eating because in the end QUALITY and QUANTITY is what we honestly look for... I will always rate an A+++...

This place isn’t what it used to be, sadly my most recent experience woeful. On a recent day rainy Sumday in Davis- downtown was a wonderful and bustling day to be out and about. Coffee shops were full, people perusing the used bookstore, practically no street parking whatsoever. All of that is perfectly fine as the citizens of Davis make it worthwhile. Stepping into the posh bagel there wasn’t hardly a line, but you couldn’t figure out which line to go in to begin with. The back tables were full and even though there were at least seven people behind different counters there was not a discernible designated line or counter to place an order. People were paying a cashier, and not one of the employees behind the counter asked if I need help or one of to place an order. They were just talking to themselves. It would be bad if it was student aged employees but these were mature adult employees! I ended up just walking out after five minutes of wondering how am I gonna eat one of those wonderful bagels. Do not recommend this place, find some place where people greet you and ask if they might be able to help for any of your digestible desires. Although this place was busy it was a ghost...

Very bad experience at posh. I was attended by this girl with bangs who is always rude whenever I come in. I’ve tried this place more than once and each time the customer service has been terrible I decided to finally make a review because I am furious now. The food was prepared poorly by her. She put onions when I specifically said NOT TO, they make me throw up if I consume them. Not only that I paid extra for FRESH AVOCADO, and I got black and old avocado!! How are you going to give customers rotten fruit and vegetables. My bagel came with items that I did not want in it for example onion and bean sprouts and they were still placed in there. AGAIN THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT THIS HAS OCCURRED!! It has been multiple times. I paid for quality food and it just ruined my appetite. Terrible customer service and terrible food.
