It would seem as though Burger King's ownership, health department, and possibly local news media may want to make it a priority to inspect this privately owned franchise. Yes, from top to bottom due to serious substandard, unsatifactory deplorable, and in the realm of possible health endsndered practices which seem to be of normal everyday culture!
Actions seem to warrant unscheduled inspections with different inspectors on a regular basises. This is necessary to ensure corrective action is implemented, consistant protocal, and best practices are followed in the following areas:
Cleanliness ~ Attention is greatly needed for this facility with special attention to cooking/food prep area, and public restrooms!
Food Handling ~ Insure proper and consistant handling procedures from delivery to correct handling, temperatures both cold, and hot, to sitting idle on the warmers to the customer's hands.
Responsible Supervision ~ This is very crucial for the entire operation of said Burger King Franchise. There is deffinately a break down between ownership, and his or her management. Your ship is sinking so are you going to blame the "Part Time Rower?" No who is the "Captain" of your ship? Leadership from the top down!
A. Leadership ~ Starts at the top down, not from the bottom up! Complaints go from the bottom up, and Communication goes both ways! Praise in public, and discipline or corrective action in private!
B. Training ~ From countless forms of customer complaints, it is evident from a red flag prospective certainly demands serious consideration for management replacement or additional training. Eitherway to continue as status quo is highly unacceptably!
C. Communication ~ There seems to be a lack of fruitful or any communication from the franchise owner to his or her managers, to the line employees to finally your customers, what few you still have. This is evidenced in the overall handling of day to day, month to month, and sadly year to year operations of your private Burger King Franchise.
Customer Reviews ~ It would appear your customers do most of all of your continuous or active commincation as it pertains to your "Online Reviews!" Your customers take time out to alert your Burger King Franchise about their experiences while visiting either inside dinning or through drive thru. Customer complaints are addressed within this message or "Online Review!" Absolutely No Replies to your customers or would be customers so unsatisfactory, deplorable, and substandard practices continue!
** Lets say YOU needed Major Surgery, and your Surgeon Doctor Burger King has 2 out 5 stars. Would you elect to have your Surgeon Doctor Burger King operate on you?
Would you instead find another Doctor with a better background with respect to Leadership, Cleanliness, Training, and Communication skills just to name a few?
Last question for the Owner of said Burger King Franchise: what do you call a medical student who placed "Last" in his or her graduating class??

Read moreNot just the worst Burger King you'll ever visit, but the worst fast-food restaurant, maybe any restaurant you'll ever visit. Pretty much ticks all the boxes for terrible. Dirty? Check. Inattentive, unfriendly employees? Check. Failure to make your order correctly? Check. Uncaring, lazy management? Check. I have no idea why Burger King corporate allows this franchisee to continue.
I recently moved to this area near this Burger King. It is the only fast food restaurant within 5 minutes. After 10 p.m., it is the only restaurant within 15 minutes. I have visited this restaurant six times. 5 of those visits my order was wrong, or had to be returned because the food was so bad and or cold. Stunning.
Often, the doors to the trash dumpster are hanging open. These face the main thoroughfare of A1A. The signage in the Drive-Thru is broken and poorly lit. This should be all the indication you need to keep moving. Sadly, it wasn't for me. I didn't want to drive over the bridge to get a cheeseburger. Which is the only reason this place is still in existence, because they do have a primo location.
I will not be back, unless the ownership changes. When I want something easy and quick at night, I will go to the 7-Eleven and get myself a nicely pressed Cuban sandwich.
I have started encouraging my hardworking, friendly neighbors to post on social media how bad this Burger King is, in the hopes that this franchisee will be forced to sell or close down. Read moreI have had a job at this Burger King for less than 2 week and don't feel bad about being fired. There is not 1 employee in the building that has had any kind of training whatsoever. The managers smoke at the back door at all hours of business. A robbery invitation....also I never saw not one person wash their hands, straight from the cigarettes to the fry station to make your order. The manager Ken strikes me as an oversized kid with a big responsibility, he allows whatever as long as you don't have to ask for his help. The fat white manager has the attitude of a cat lady...just lost and sour. The skinny white manager with the rotten teeth does coke at night and steals meat but hey, who am I that you should believe me? If this is not the most unorganized place of business on this side of the hemisphere I don't know what is. They let me go for letting the managers know how lazy they are, they didn't like that but I don't care because someone had to do it. The only customers are people who are passing through or out of towners who have no idea what they are in for. This is no one's favorite place, not even the people who work there. Don't believe me, go see for yourselves. P.S. Always come inside of this location, they do not have your best interest at heart.
