So I decide to get pizza before finishing moving in things, go to little Caesars about 5-10 mins after they open. I go in, there's one person waiting already for their order and someone ordering in front of me. Once I get up there I get up to front counter employee #1 (FCE1) and I order one extra most bestest and an icb. FCE1 says it'll be about 15-20 mins, Give him my name and wait outside. Seeing the customer that ordered in front of me from my car, using that customer as a reference when to go in. As I see that customer leave, about 20 mins later I walk in, at this point there about 4 people not including myself in the waiting area. I stand in line and the customer in front of me orders $80 dollars worth of food, so it was lil wait, then I ask about my food. Front Counter Employee #1 (FCE2) say they'll check and comes back and it's about to be out. I step aside. From the position I'm in I can see the oven now, I see an icb (which I assumed was mine, and the Oven Employee (OE) taking out a pizza out the oven. I watch him take out, cut, and box about six when FCE2 comes up to me and tells me they never put my order in, and it'll be about 5-6 more mins. I asked how that happens and mentioned I have already been waiting for a half our at this point and he gives me a free 2 liter for my wait.i go back to my position and watch the OE continue to take out, cut, and box 10 more pizzas, as all of them (all 16) are still just out on the counter with the icb. Once the wings started coming out he boxed a couple and put a set of wings with the icb in the hotbox and start movie all the pizzas in. At this point I'm a bit relieved, thinking that icb is with that order since it's been just sitting out through 16 pizzas being cut. Then as OE is still boxing up wings FCE2 pulls my pizza out thr oven and gets it ready, then goes into that hotbox and grabs that icb thats been just sitting out the whole time. At this point I just want to leave, even though I know that it's not going to be hot. Take my order, FCE2 apologizes again and I leave. I live less than a mile away from little Caesars, get home and confirm that the icb is Luke warm at best and the extra most bestest just kinda thrown together. Parts of the slices missing cheese, some pieces with barely any pepperoni. (reason I got the extra most bestest)
Word of advice, order ahead, and check your food temp before you leave. Was definitely not worth the 45+ min interaction. Would have given 1 star but the FCE2 was at least friendly and looked almost as agrivated as me about the...
Read moreQuoted 20. Waited 40 for a uncut mess of a pizza. Yet again. This is the worst location. Straight up. Close it. Waiting inside over 10 minutes. Completely ignored. Lady walks in. Cashier texting in the back asks her what SHE needs. She ordered WELL after me. I watched her pull up. Same. Finally get acknowledged. Because I walked up to the counter find out my pizza's been ready this whole time. This kid had the audacity to say to me I should have said something. Why He called up every other customer in that room around me and what universe would I think I have to walk up to you when you've said how can I help you to every other person standing in the room. What a joke. Literally standing behind the register as a customer is paying texting on his phone. Standing in the back texting. To be completely honest I did try to get his attention He wasn't looking up from his phone. I want every penny of this transaction back I'm not eating this disgusting pizza. I'm not eating anything that someone who's touching their phone God knows where that's been and then touching and handling food I watched him cutting pizzas in-between texts. I should have come up to you and said something How dare you
Seriouslyyyyyyy close this place!!!!!!! Ordered 40 mins ago. Pick up time is not a...
Read moreOrdered Cheese Crazy puffs Saturday night 8:15pm from the Ford Rd, Dearborn Hts location. They were bad; dry, not very cheesy, and no garlic sauce/seasoning on them. I had previously tried the pepperoni crazy puffs from another store, and they were fabulous little tasty, garlicky treats!! I wanted to try the cheese ones tonight, but honestly...if my experience tonight had been my first time trying them, I would not recommend them!
When I arrived at the store at 8:30, there was a sign on the door saying they were not taking any new walkin orders, and all online orders needed to be picked up by 9.30. Several cars pulled up while I was there, and then left. Must have been a busy night for them. I used to work in food service/fast food and I understand issues with employees not showing up, being short staffed, and the problems it can cause. This is my first time at this location in over a year, and it was disappointing. Even the pizza I ordered was not not as good as is usual for Little Caesars. The young lady that worked the front cash was polite, and friendly, though. Service was fine, food quality was...
