Was it bad? No. Was it great? Also no. Am I partially blaming traffic for this unbiased review? Absolutely!

We placed an online order while traveling so the food would be ready by the time we arrived. Unfortunately, we endured stop and go I-94 traffic on the way which increased our arrival time by about 15 minutes or so, causing our food to sit for an unknown amount of time. For starters, the chicken shawarma’s were HUGE (one would have been enough to feed two people imo). Overall, they had good flavor, the chicken was tender and the presentation was fine. I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have the “crunch” to them that I was looking forward to so much and I felt a little skimped on the garlic sauce in the wrap (both things I’ve seen posted online - I added a side of sauce to mine; hence the photo) but it wouldn’t be fair for me to dock any more stars as this may have been better had we gotten there in a timely manner and tried these fresh off of the grill. Hi, I ordered 2 of the chicken sandwiches and 2 of the beef sandwiches. Honestly, the chicken was not so bad but the beef wasn’t my favorite! Beef was dry and no sauce inside the sandwich, very disappointing. I drove half hour each way to try this and see what the hype is about. I might do the chicken again if Iam in the area but won’t make the trip for it. The outside bread was not crispy at all as what I haven seen people on instagram but maybe it got soggy since I brought it home to eat it after a half hour drive. Hopefully, they can improve the beef quality coz my daughter loves beef sandwiches! These sandwiches are not cheap to bring a point just fyi! Also, there isn’t a way to know if the food was ready unless you go up to the window and ask.
