Worst experience ever, I will not return! I have ate there quite a few times. Food is honestly not the best. However, Saturday in the late afternoon the food was great. KUDOS to the that cook!!!! I went inside to place my order with a lady name Leah(prob not spelled the way she spells it) she took my order, failed to give me a receipt, plus forgot to give me majority of my order. I called up there and someone gave the phone to her after I described her. She told me to come back up there and they will give me my money back. Now I wanted my money back because she told me she forgot to run my food outside to the parking lot to me. Do not only did she tell me that was everything but you knew you did not hand me everything and failed to physically bring it or try to catch me.
I go back up there and see another employee (boy was he the rudest person I ever met in my life). His name was David(I found that out the next day). When I explained to____(at first he told me he donât have a name) he said Leah is gone and they could only remake the missing items and NOT return my funds. He was very firm on letting me that he was not giving me my money back. His reason was because his drawer was going to be short. I have never heard of a cashier not being able to return a customer funds because he/she did not ring me up. He laughed in my face and and repeated hisself several times about not returning my money. I was upset that he was laughing I asked his name, his manager name, and the district manger name. His reply was I donât have one. I then go get my phone to physically record him giving me a faulty name and record him laughing and joking at me: I eventually left the store because we were not getting anywhere. I returned the next day and was met by a wonderful man who apologize for David's stupidity, this man also refunded me my money without any problems. He made me feel like a human being they way he treated me. I wish I got his name because he deserves a KUDOS!!! We chose Leo's over several other restaurants in the vicinity, mainly based on good reviews and the menu would offer something for the whole family. We have 2 autistic children who are very picky about their food, both were very happy with their food. My wife, daughter and I were all pleased with our meals. I had chicken wings and they were absolutely delicious I highly recommend them. There was 1 issue we had, we ordered 2 cokes for the table we only got 1. We let our server know and she said she would bring another out. We never got it after asking (5) times! I ordered mello yello as did our oldest son, it was not mello yello it was sprite đ¤ˇââď¸. Turns out they were out of the mello, but our server never mentioned it. My wife found this out when she went to pay the check. Now, during our entire meal our daughter noticed that other tables, that had been seated after us were all getting cokes with their meals. Even tables that were seated prior to us arriving were getting coke refillsđ¤ˇââď¸. Not exactly sure what the deal was, I was not told till after we left. If this was someone's idea of a petulant joke I'm not laughing. We were in town to visit a family member in the hospital who was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. So it was a bit unsettling to us that we got treated in such a petty way. Not sure if it was racially motivated as we were the only white family there. God I hope not so many other things in our world today, being petty or vindictive should be the furthest thing in folks mind. My wife still tipped our server 12 bucks, 11 dollars too much in my opinion. Overall the food was good, place was clean floor could have been cleaner. However in reality we left with a bitter taste in our mouths, not sure we will visit again the next time we're in town.    Read moreFood always great from my experience. But black lady with bleached hair has the worst costumer service. Every time we go in. We get attitude and rudeness from her we just never complained about and let it be. We always leave a tip and I always pick up after my little one. Today she was rude from the start as always. But me and my family were trying to have a nice breakfast together. She took a very long time to get outer tab to us and to bring out boxes which it wasn't a problem I know it was busy but I seen how she just passed us one time after another. Once again that's wasn't even the issues it was the way to tended to us with no politeness and every single time we've gone when she's our server. As we were leaving my husband left to go pay up front we didnt have cash on us. I stayed behind waiting on the to go boxes and to clean up after ourselves. When she finally came with the boxes she said to me real quick "oh yoir not leaving a tip"? And quickly walked away. At the point I was MAD you give poor costumer service and still expect a tip. Which I was 90% sure my husband left up front when he paid. Yes he didn't leave much for the same reason but still left her some thing. Also she tried point out the 3 fries 3 Splenda packets and ketchup bottle my 1 year old dropped under the table which I was and did pick up before leaving as always . As she was looking and pointed under the table I cut her off and asked her did you ask me about not leaving a tip. She quickly sad No and tried to finally polite and tried to fix my hair but tbh i didnt want to be touched by her i vlocked her hand from touching me.
