I ordered the M.O.P burger with fries and the beef lentil soup with a raspberry tea. First of all, this place was very clean . The service was fast and the waitress Tina is a delight! The owner is full of jokes and while I was paying he made sure to accommodate another patron he was on the phone with. I must say that I have been ordering mushroom burgers anywhere I go . This burger is one of the best I have ever had. The bun is fluffy and the burger full of flavor. It was very flavorful. It came with lettuce , tomato and pickles on the side as an option. I tried it both ways but found that it was best for me without the "salad" or pickles. I ate the pickles individually and they were crunchy and like sliced pickles should be with the crunch. The French fries were fresh and cooked in new oil. I ate every single one of them. They weren't greasy and cooked to perfection. I was absolutely satiated and couldn't eat anymore. The quality and value of the food is more than satisfying. I paid less here , got great service, good food and didn't get hungry later as if I went to McDonald's. I really liked this experience. Today, 9/3/16, I picked up lunch from Leons Family Dining in Dearborn Michigan. When I returned to work and opened my food, I found that my hash browns had been overcooked and there were barely any potatoes in them. It was mainly like crust from sitting to long on the grill. I called to the store and I was given to a manager by the name Hasan, he actually started acting as if he had an attitude from the moment I started telling him there was an issue. He even went so far as to yell at me and then I'm cutting him off so that's all he would focus was him being cut off. Instead of trying to fix my problem, he kept going back and forth with me telling me that's how the hash browns are made. I am a long-time customer of Leon's and I come there quite often because I enjoy the food but after the experience I had today with this manager, I will most likely not be visiting this establishment again. They will definitely be losing a customer although one may not mean anything to them, It is important to me that I do not visit a restaurant who does not respect its customers. There is an older gentleman who is either a manager or owner but he is very nice. He makes you feel welcome but manager, Hasan, was very nasty.
