This place was a hot mess! I also think some of there positive reviews are fake as soon as I put my one star review and they got a five star review right after!

Ate there for lunch today so much confusion over a lunch order. My lunch date and I we were only two people we ordered two things and they forgot to make one of the orders. When we inquired about it, no one knew what we were talking about. Asked me if I had a receipt… I did but so did they by the way. The place was not busy with patrons at all, so the confusion made no sense and there were more than enough people working there in the back kitchen and side, kitchen and cash register. When they finally made our second order, they made the wrong thing! Then the cashier had to explain to the chef how to actually make the dish that I had ordered from their menu!

There were two people at the cash register one person who basically knew absolutely nothing. Another young lady who was trying to help from a different location, but seemed overwhelmed…it wasn’t busy, but it seemed like no one knew what was going on. The knowledgeable cashier was telling the chefs how to make certain dishes.

Everything is overpriced And both of the entrées I tried were not good.

Whoa! We ordered 4 things as take away. Chicken Pho with Jalepeno, Bean Sprouts Lime and Basil. We ended up with Chicken Pho with Cilantro and Onion. So we call to say our order is missing the 4 things that were supposed to come with the pho and they are sort of the ingredients that give the soup some layers of flavor. Anyway, the guy is like sorry. That’s it. Then says I can come back to get the missing ingredients and I say oh how bout you bring them to me since I’m already all the way back home and you stapled the bag closed so we couldn’t verify the order was correct while we were still there. Of course that wasn’t an option. So he came back with 20% off next order.

Next I didn’t bother to continue the discussion but I ordered a 2pc order of Veg Egg Rolls for $4.50 and ended up with 2 2pc orders of Spring Rolls for $8.50 ea. so this was a $12.50 error in their favor.

The last one is minor but still an error. Sticky Mango Rice doesn’t mention peanuts in the description but came with peanuts. This is important to note for those with peanut allergies.

After our issues with today’s experience I decided to check reviews and I saw another one where a couple went for lunch and they only brought out one of two meals. Seems they still have some kinks to work out, but I highly doubt...

Never been here before but I do enjoy Vietnamese food. Walking in the door it has a nice atmosphere I like how bright it is. It feels warm and inviting. I like that you can order at the front on a kiosk too.

I got the vermicelli chicken bowl and it was incredible. The chicken was cooked so well and it had a great flavor and taste. The noodles were great and there was a large amount of food in my bow. I could have easily had leftovers. It also came with two small egg rolls and sauce which was also delicious.

The food variety also looks very light and visually appealing. I felt full but also good after eating. I loved the food and will be back to try other options.
