Seems like the woman has a record of getting irate when your food isn't edible or its the wrong order. I'm a general manager and when my customers have the slightest complaint, it gets addressed immediately and that customer is leaving happy. We've been going here for years and when we order we order for 6 people. Never again, I asked for my Philly to be wrapped in a paper towel bc I don't like wet soggy bread. She tells me when I pick it up they won't do it she has a special wrap to wrap it in. I get to the car pick it up and it falls onto my leg burning it, right through her "special wrap." I took it inside bc it's so soggy and nasty I can't even pick it up bc it's falling out everywhere. She tells me there's a paper towel right there. A little too late for that now lady! I had asked her if she could make a new one and not wrap it in anything( since that's what's causing the moisture)even told her I'd pay for it I'm just hungry. She still wouldnt stop trying to tell me im doing it wrong, really holding a sandwich wrong??!! She had me so mad I told her to keep it and walked out. I NEVER COMPLAIN. However when I ordered I specifically asked her to wrap it in paper towel bc I know what hot bread does wrapped in tin foil, she refused I got burned and left starving. I'll leave a review everyday for a year maybe she will reconsider her customer service approach swallow her pride and make it right for the ones that keep her business open. Buffalo lukes will be getting my 60 dollars a week ( theirs is better and they wrap it in paper towel for me)! Bet you wish you wouldve at the very least let me buy another sandwich.    Read moreI’ll been thinking about my last experience I had when I went to the restaurant for DoorDash and I remember I walked in she greeted me and I was looking at the menu I want the kids meal hot dog fries & drink she told me I will take a while . I replied said okay what about the quesadilla she told me she couldn’t do it anything that’s fried she can not do because it will take a while I’m like okay I asked about the chilly and cheese fries she kinda Huffed & puff like I was getting on her nerves like she didn’t want to take my order. She took the order I’m waiting on my food it’s 2 other people inside the store white guy & maybe asian and white mixed I’m guessing so we all in the lobby waiting for out food for my understanding they been there for a lil min not long but a lil min okay their food was finished they walked up and grab their food the lady that worked there was like Thank you for being patient with me thank you but it seem like she was saying it to get a reaction out of me if that make sense but she go on to say to the 2 guys YALL ARE EASY TO DEAL WITH . The same order Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan TRADITIONAL wings lol well today he was driving home and noticed they messed up and gave us boneless wings. Which is fine a mistake is a mistake I get it, so he went back so she could fix it. And she refused! She said that was our problem because we ordered it wrong we ordered it boneless, which is so far from the truth because we both don’t like boneless. She told my husband to get out of the store that she wasn’t going to fix them and we weren’t getting our money back. He called me to tell me what happened. So I called her and she started to yell at me saying it was his fault for ordering wrong that she made what she was told and hung up on me I called back twice and proceeded to get hung up on!! Then the fourth time she answered and All She said was COME BACK AND GET YOUR MONEY AND NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN click.. my husband went to the store and she yelled at him and ran and snatched the food out of his hand and threw it in the trash can trying to embarrass him saying we were taking advantage of her and took forever to get our money back!
