Crumbl Cookies Review
If you're a dessert lover with a soft spot for giant, gourmet cookies, Crumbl is a must-try. Known for their rotating weekly menu and signature pink boxes, Crumbl Cookies delivers an indulgent treat that walks the line between nostalgic comfort and creative flair.
The Cookies: Crumbl offers oversized cookies with a variety of textures and flavors. From warm, gooey classics like Chocolate Chip to frosted favorites like Pink Sugar and fun seasonal options like Churro or Key Lime Pie, the brand keeps things fresh with new creations every week. Some are served warm, others chilledāeach curated to enhance the flavor profile.
Quality & Taste: The cookies are rich, sweet, and often extremely decadent. Youāll likely find yourself sharing one rather than eating a whole cookie solo. The textures range from chewy to cakey to crumbly, depending on the cookie, and while some are hits, others may feel overly sweet or heavy depending on your taste.
Presentation: Crumbl gets major points for aesthetic appeal. Their cookies look as good as they taste, often topped with frosting, candies, or drizzles. The iconic pink box adds to the unboxing experience, making it a popular gift option or party treat.
Customer Experience: Ordering is easy with their app or in-store kiosks, and many locations offer curbside pickup or delivery. The staff is generally friendly, and stores are clean and modern-looking.
The Downside: Pricing can be steepāaround $4ā$5 per cookieāwhich is understandable given their size and branding but still feels indulgent. Also, the high sugar content makes it more of an occasional treat than a regular snack.
Final Verdict: Crumbl Cookies is a great place to satisfy a serious sweet tooth or celebrate a special occasion. The creativity and presentation set it apart, and if you're into rich, dessert-style cookies, it's worth a visit. Just donāt expect to eat more than one in a sittingāunless youāre really brave.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was recently shopping at Crumbl Cookie at the Dedham Plaza. My wife and I were passing on by when she asked me to look online about it while I was waiting for her while she went into Stsr Market. So I checked out what Crumbl Cookie was all about and decided when she came out that we would go over there and check it out. Upon entering I was quite shocked about how big the baking facilities were. But not to impressed with the amount of space for customers to be waiting at. Their were no chairs to sit while waiting for your order or to even sit down to eat and enjoy a cookie. But needless to say maybe it's something they can probably work on in future Anyway the facilities were very clean and the ordering was painless. I ordered a Banana Nut bread cookie, while I also ordered a Snickdoodle cookie, we also ordered a waffle cookie which came with a side of syrup, and last but not least I wish that I could remember the cookie that we ordered but I can't remember. When we got home after eating dinner we got into the cookies and let me tell you that this was the best Snickerdoodle cookie that I've ever had. It was on the sweet side but it didn't deter me from eating it all and wishing that I had another one. MY wife and my mother in-law both enjoyed their cookies as well. All in all we would highly recommend that people give the Crumbl a chance to try out some delicious cookies and also from what I understand is that they change their menu every week with different varieties of cookies so never the same dull menu. I hope this review will inspire you to give the place a try and hopefully you can enjoy what they offer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been here about five times. Three times it was not open. They ran out of cookie dough. They arenāt open on Sundays. The door was simply locked.
The two times that I have managed to actually enter, the atmosphere is something that I really hate. I donāt say that often.
The music is blaring. There are no seats, just iPads and a tiny space.
No one comes to the counter to great you. The door is far too heavy for me to open. I am disabled, but most doors I am capable of opening. It is insanely heavy! I did manage to get someone to come over and open the door and then they went right to the back again.
I ordered on the little iPad, and I waited 15 min in the sterile, super loud, contactless environment (everyone in the back bustling but zero customer service up front, and I began to think that maybe my order wasnāt being processed at all).
I finally yelled over the music to the nearest person working in the back and was able to gather that he was building my brownie, and the parts just take a long time?
Iām just really not sure how it took almost 20 minutes when I was the only person there and I ordered two things.
I have a free cookie. Iāll have to give it to a friend because I have no desire to come back.
It was honestly a stressful experience.
The brownie was okay and my friend liked the cookie, but it was just okay. Not $7 worth. Not worth the headache from that awful music, or the anxiety of standing in a white-walled room (nowhere to sit, and I didnāt bring my walker), wondering if I did the right thing on the keypad or if Iām waiting in vain, because no one even acknowledged...
