Was the worst experience I had order a large pizza special 2 topping for 5.99 I order 4 of them .when i got there the girl charged me never gave my receipt .then she brings me 4 medium pizzas I told her this isn't what was ordered .she told me well that is a 5.99 pizza I told her we ordered this weeks large special she turned away and ignored me . I said ,I want to speak to the manager the other employees said she is . I said well you have terrible management skills I asked her for her name she said I'm not telling you my name I asked for her name several times she ignored me and didnt care that we got the incorrect order .I asked for my receipt she gave it to me I called the main office waited a hour to speak to some one . They took in the complaint and was going to have the franchised store owner call me . Terrible service from a unprofessional person .I hope the store owner reads this . PS this location is on Washington street in dedham mass 02026 location # 3078 .since she wouldn't say her name all I can say it's the only one there with the long fake black hair and the fake eye lashes and lots of excessive make up .I'm pretty sure if you go in there you will know exactly who it is . Read moreI called in and made an order. I noticed it had been a while so I called to see if there was a problem. The guy told me they where backed up and He is on the way. So a long time went by. I called back and the guy that just came on shift said He could see all the orders and that order didn't exist. He continued to say a manager will be with me when I asked for one. Then I was on hold for a while. I hung up and same thing happened twice. Then the employee said he just got out of the bathroom.
