First I will say that their treats are very delicious. No complaint there. The first time the service was great. They went that extra mile and provided a nice sleeve with the smoothie so I brought my wife the same day to order the same thing. The person serving me was fantastic and has positive energy. I kindly asked him for a sleeve but was unable to find one so he consulted with a short heavy set lady (who I assumed was the manager/supervisor) who rudely verbalized her discontent in front of all the other customers. It was a bit embarrassing. It’s unfortunate that this establishment puts such a simpleton in charge. Could have dealt with the simple request in many other ways. Went on a Friday around 4:30. It wasn't packed, but there was a line. The 2 workers seemed off. They weren't talking to each other and it was just a strange vibe. The girl was on her game and the guy was new perhaps. Either way, the service was slow and choppy.

When my son and I had our ice cream we went to the register and were ignored. We could have walked out and honestly they wouldn't have noticed. Nonetheless, 2 cones were $18 and I was hoping to have my socks knocked off.

Sirena at this location is PHENOMENAL! One of the most understanding and considerate employee at your location! I called about an allergy and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide me the service I needed as someone with celiac. I cannot express how helpful this is to someone that worries their allergy isn’t taken as an allergy, but more of a preference. She went out of her way to make sure everything was labeled and bagged separately WITH notes included to reassure me. You don’t find employees this understanding and kind. As a restaurant manager myself, I have much respect for this business and Sirena deserves a raise!!!
