McDonald's — Restaurant in Deer Park

Visit this mc donald for coffee as mc donald coffee is my favourite coffee ,I drink at least 3 large coffee from mc donald every day, I normally ask ,how fresh the coffee is and most mc donald will make me fresh coffee, cause I like my coffee very hot, any way I ask for fresh coffee since I can see the pot,which had lost than a quarter in it , the cashier say ok and she went straight to get a cup, while I stand there so I said can you please make me Fresh coffee ,(as she was not going to) ,she then got the coffee set it up and pour half cup of the old coffee in the cup then started to brewing the coffee on top of the old coffee , I ask are you not going to pour out the old coffee ,she look at me like I was not talking English, I ask to speak to the manager , told her ,she said ,I will give you a fresh cup ,anyway she just pour out the coffee the girl had put in the cup ,then pour me new cup, I just took it was no good explaining to her ,just thinking if am standing there and you doing this I hate to think what happen,in the back where you cant see what they are doing...

Went through the drive-through there was only two cars in front of us. I asked for two spicy chickens with cheese, one spicy the regular way and 2- 10 piece chicken nuggets and an order of fries start to pull off didn’t have one of my spicy chickens nor did I get my French fries They only gave me two spicy chickens instead of three and then I didn’t get my french fries then lady that was the manager. Special ordered a burger. It was not prepared as I had requested. When I asked to have it corrected (add lettuce as I had requested) the manager who had taken my order told me that I had not requested lettuce. I insisted that I had. She spoke to the preparation employees and they added lettuce. When I opened it to eat, mayonnaise was smeared all over the outside of the bun. This was not how the burger was when I brought it to them to add the lettuce. The French fries were not fresh and were not crispy.
