McDonald's — Restaurant in Deer Park

I'm really disappointed in the quality of our food as well as the service. I drove through at 11:30am to order lunch for my family and I. I ordered a quarterpounder w/ cheese, a McDouble, a spicy chicken (which I was told they don't make anymore, but now as spicy sauce to a regular crispy chicken), a 6pc spicy nuggets, and 3 orders of fries. They didn't put in the nuggets, so I parked and went inside. When I told the cashier, she insisted that they didn't serve spicy nuggets despite the fact that they're on the menu. After a few minutes of explaining that they are on the menu and hey arguing with me, I ended up taking the regular nuggets. Once I got home to distribute everyone's food, I noticed that the fries looked like they were leftover from the day before. This is really sad considering that I wentjust after breakfast, so they shouldn't been somewhat fresh. I ordered the spicy chicken with only ketchup and cheese, so when I opened it, I pulled the bun off to make sure it was made correctly. It was except the bun was totally burned on the inside. I decided that i would just take the bottom bun off, but then the chicken patty was hard and difficult to bite through. Since I'd assist had issues with the staff there, ifigured it was pointless to go back to complain. We've never really had any issues with McDonald's until today, but the number of issues is totally unacceptable. I think if we go back to McDonald's, it will definitely not be...

Showed up on bicycles with my 10 yr old son, just to grab fries and a drink. Ordered on mobile app to save any trouble and listed for inside pickup. As I tried to enter, doors were locked before i could enter even though it was only 9:45. I was motioned from inside to go around to the drive thru. At the drive thru I was then told I couldnt get my order due to being on a bike. Was then told to get a car and come back. I asked to be refunded, another voice called out my order and said pull up in curbside #1. The girl that had the attitude at the window is escorted out by 2 other female employees, the 2 watched as she was to apologize for the issue. She said she had had a bad day and basically took it out on us. Still got screwed over as my son recieved a medium fry rather than a basket. I dont know what happened to customer service but we frequent this location 2-3 times a week, never again besides to make sure a manager knows how I feel. Absolute bs, honestly. I HAD NOT BEEN THERE IN 2 OR 3 YRS. I HAD ORDER AT THE DRIVE-THRU, THE LG BOX OF CHICKEN NUGETS, I ASKED THEM FOR 5 BBQ SAUCE. A MANAGER GAVE THE ORDER AT THE WINDOW, WHEN I GOT HOME, SHE GIVEN ME ONLY 1 BBQ SAUSE. THAT PIST ME OFF. I DIDN'T GO BACK TO REQUEST MORE BBQ SAUCE. WELL LAST WEEK I RETURNED TO MCDONALD'S AGAIN, ORDERED 2 FISH SANDWICHES. I PD AT THE 1ST WINDOW. I WAIT FOR AWHILE TILL I GET TO THE 2ND WINDOW TO PICK UP MY ORDER, AN EMPLOYEE ASKED ME IF I HAD REQUESTED FOR FRESHLY MADE FISH SANDWICHES, I RESPONDED "NO". I ASKED WELL ARE THEY NOT MADE FRESS? THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO REQUEST "FRESHLY MADE WHEN I ORDER, THAT THEY MAKE BURGERS, ECT AHEAD OF TIME.
