I made an online order tonight against my better judgement. I've ordered from there 4 or 5 times now and they have yet to get my order correct. I ordered a 6" wheat Titan with double meat. When the app showed they were making it, I left to head up there. When I get there, my sandwich hadn't even been started. I tell the young guy order is mine. The older lady is in the back corner on the phone talking to someone in Spanish. He starts to make my sandwich then he himself gets on the phone, I'm assuming to his manager. He tells the person on the phone that hhe just cussed the lady out for disrespecting him and she needs to be fired. He tells the person he's about to walk out. He is still attempting to make my sandwich and at that point, the cops walk in. Seems the lady called on him. They talk to both employees and then he walks out. She's left by herself. She asks which sandwich is whose, as several more people walked in. I tell her which order was mine. She grabs the sandwich (that isn't made correctly) and bags it up and hands it to me, even with me telling her that wasn't what I ordered. I open it in front of her and explain that I ordered a sandwich with turkey, this was ham and asked her to remake it. She does, again...incorrectly. I just grabbed my sandwich and walked out knowing that it was wrong but not wanting to continue to wait, I'd been there a solid 20+ minutes. I won't go back there and will probably just delete the Subway app...
Read moreI hate to leave bad reviews but I have given this place multiple chances due to its convenient location near my office. Unfortunately, the experience continues to disappoint. Especially after my last visit, where I sat at the drive thru speaker unattended for at least 5 minutes. Pulled up to the window to try and get someone’s attention but there was no one in sight. I finally went inside for them to tell me the drive thru was closed. No sign outside, nothing. The service is consistently poor—and the staff is often rude or indifferent. The food itself is mediocre at best, and on several occasions, I’ve noticed that ingredients don’t seem fresh or well-maintained.
It’s frustrating because it’s so close and convenient but the lack of customer service and attention to quality make it hard to justify returning. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously, as I would love to see...

But, this evening (Oct. 19th) I went into the store and at first I was the only customer there, as I tried to order, the music that was playing over the speakers was so loud that neither myself or the employee could barely hear each other. I asked if the volume could be lowered and she told me that they were not aloud to change it unless manager was there to do it. Two others customers came in as we were speaking and they to agreed it was to loud. I was so frustrated that I couldn't even concentrate and messed up on my order. One other thing is that I'm not even sure if the music was appropriate to be played in the store. It's just wrong to walk into a place to get a dinner in a good mood but leave disappointed and mad from a unnecessary issue, I fault that...
