Saw the hype on FB some reviews good and some bad. Should of belived the bad. You sit yourself which if you've never been there before you don't know cause there is no sign. The servers come fairly quick to take your drink order. One spoke to me in Spanish which is fine but English is my first language. After that they took my order. Food came pretty quick. Things went downhill from there. Once I got the food the server never came back. My food was kinda spicy so i drank alot of tea pretty fast. The plate had chip marks. The server never came back to refill the drinks. So i didn't even finish my food cause it was spicy and I had no drink refill. We made eye contact to try to call them but they looked away quickly. Waited and waited...tried to call a waitress nothing. So i literally had to get up and find a waitress. By then about 20 min had passed and i was ready to go. I asked if they give us the check or do we pay at the counter. She said I'll bring your check. Of course they brought the check quickly. All things said. Food was decent. Service was not. Although I understand a busy restaurant on a Friday at noon- I cannot comprehend how I placed a to go order and was avoided for 50 minutes while I was given the run around on the status of my “extremely complicated” order of two regular plates that usually take 15 mins to prep. I was then met with complete disregard and disrespect to my time. I am completely disappointed. The level of service and hospitality was absolutely horrible. There was no excuse to leaving a customer unattended for almost an hour then at the very last minute after asking for a manager and requesting a refund met with “oh hey - your food is ready - you want it?” Then I was told the manager wasn’t in so no one could give me a refund!? What kind of service are you providing? Does one have to stay at your restaurant for hours on end to get their meal? Do you not train your employees to issue refunds? Read moreThe first time I ordered over the phone, I called again to make an order change. I clarified it was just one order and not two since I called earlier. I arrive to pick up and I asked for my drink and they said I didn’t order one when I clearly did. For a full two minutes the manager and two waitresses have a full on conversation in Spanish and laughing at me while I stand there asking for my drink. These people can clearly speak and understand English but have a Spanish conversation so I wouldn’t understand what they’re saying. Then one of them goes and grabs one and tries charging me for it after I already paid for my meal. Manager stands there and doesn’t explain what’s going on and just laughs.
