Not a fan of service. Walked in and took my order pretty quickly for a Sunday. No wait. Bagel with bacon egg and cheese toasted, small ice tea. Filled up my ice tea and asked for a could have lemons. Must ah w asked then to go to the grocery store across the parking lot. Took 7 minutes and they gave me 3 slices. Canât get lemon juice out of slices. Try giving wedges instead and come back sooner. Had a seat at a two top since I was by myself. While waiting 15 minutes for my order I had the pleasure of two gentleman standing over me the whole time. They werenât in line they just needed a place to stand. After about 12 minutes I went to the pickup area to ask where my food was. The first guy didnât even look at me 5-10 sec interaction and walked away. Then the lemon man, which I think is actually the owner, is who I asked where my order was. Asked my name and then said it wasnât out. Obviously it wasnât out, there was no food on the counter. How about you look for it in the back. I walked back to where I was sitting and then a minute later the lemon man called my name. Itâs not very big. Since you know Iâm looking for it and now weâve interacted a couple times how about you show a little customer service and bring it to me. The prices a ridiculous. Including tax $17+ for a bagel sandwich and small Ice tea. $4.50 for brewed ice tea. Get real. Bagel sandwiches happened to be pretty good minus the fact that they barely had any cheese on the sandwich. And yes I was there before a big...
Read moreI don't know what these reviews are talking about...I bought a dozen bagels planning to freeze them. im sorry but I've been going to bagel boss in NY since I was 12.these bagels look good and have zero depth. No crunch to the outside and they're twice as large as they should be. If you're coming here it's because you need a kosher bagel spot. It's not for the bagels. I don't know what this place is. The bagels are Dunkin donuts style bagels. I would dare the owners to bring one of these bagels back to LI and give them to bagel Bob at bagel boss in jericho and see if anyone there thinks these meet the match. It's a nice store. The service is fine. There's a Brooklyn water bagels in spitting distance and the bagels I swear are better over there....my family happens to be in the bagel business in NY If that lends any credibility to this review I'm not sure. But, I wouldn't serve these discs of dough and call them bagels. Sorry bagel boss I was so excited to have you in my neighborhood. Looks like I'll have to go back to syosset for the real thing. Egg white and spinach salad was on point. So...
Read moreI recently started going here for my đ„Ż bagels , veggie cream cheese is very good I usually get whole wheat or pumpernickel everything bagels . The problem is first I was told it had no outside salt on the bagel but I found it pretty salty and I watch my salt , twice I ordered it with veggie cream cheese not toasted and I received it toasted I didnât return it , my other question is why some days they are crispy on the outside and some days they are soft and soggy ? I wonder if they actually roll the dough and boil the bagels in-house or are they pat frozen? Because I never see hand rolled bagels so perfectly round ? So my question still is can you eliminate the outside salt in the everything bagel mix ? Other bagels places seem to have no added salt , guys behind the counter are nice and the place is...
