Nice little hole in the wall kinda pizza place. The pizza for me was not the best.It was soggy at the bottom and the sauce was on the sweeter side. Overall the pizza to me gets a C- for now. I also ordered a pasta as well and that was really good! Creamy and the presentation was cute. The salad it came with was so sad, basically lettuce with a lonely single slice of a cucumber and a small wedge of a tomato. The over vibe in the restaurant does give off old New York. But, seems kind dark and stuffy in there. Loved that you could see them making the food. Overall recommend if you want a creamy pasta and are very hungry because it was huge ☺️

Probably the best Chicken Parm I have ever found in Florida. What I mean by that is the chicken is tender and soft and cuts easy. It’s not rubbery. So obviously this establishment cares about the quality and spends more to get a better quality breast. Also their red sauce has very authentic flavor. It was my first time but I will be back 110% and plan on bringing other (former NY) family members that live in other parts of Florida when they visit me. Their prices are too low. The chicken parm dinner would be $13 more if this place was on Federal. It’s a gem. Go! Now! Mangia!

Where's the sauce? A pizza is 3 ingredients. Dough, sauce, and cheese. You're missing a key component here. Thank God my company ordered cheese sticks, otherwise there would be no marinara in sight. We gave the driver a $20 tip and didn't even get plates for the 3 pizzas we ordered to a business. We also got pepperoni and they were the smallest pepperonis I've ever seen in my life. This isn't an exaggeration. If you think "pepperoni nipples" you don't think dime to nickel size... You think a decent silver dollar pancake size pepperoni. Not this place. Boo this place. Booo

Honestly, their food is amazing. Their pies are top notch and without question the best in the area. However, as a man of principle, I will never give Nick’s Pizza my business again. I ordered something directly off of their menu (sausage and pepperoni Stromboli). Yes, I was read the order back correctly. However, they sent a Stromboli with peppers and sausage (I think)? I can’t eat peppers because of the indigestion it gives me so I definitely didn’t order THAT. I called to inquire about a refund and was met with a combative tone when they pulled my order to inform me they delivered what I ordered. I again emphasized I ordered something directly from the menu (not custom), stating specially to the person taking my order over the phone, “I would like the pepperoni and sausage Stromboli like the one listed on your main menu.” Person who took my order was cordial on the phone and I understand mistakes happen. When mistakes happen, all I ask is for it be made right. I live thirty minutes away from Nick’s and they told me if I bring it back they’d remake it. Not a convenient option at all for an error of which I am not at fault. Regularly ordered from this establishment 3-4 times a month and literally moments before placing this order, I was ranting and raving to all of my family and friends about how “Nick’s” is THE place to get pizza and Italian takeout. I was going to continue to overlook the typical rude customer service I receive (again, with the exception of the woman who took my order) as their food is THAT good. About 90% of the time you order, they make you feel like they’re doing you a favor to take an order. Was willing to still overlook that but that stops now. I’ve sent a copy of this review to all of my family, friends, and neighbors who I am close with, as I don’t want them NOT knowing how unethical this place is in treating regular, loyal customers. All I wanted was an approximate $10 refund or credit for the wrong item I was given by mistake. Hope that was...

UPDATE: I got a call from Dominic about 20 minutes after posting the review below. He stated that he and the restaurant take full responsibility for the delay, wrong size pizza, and overcharge. He offered to and since refunded my entire purchase amount. I respect that he took the time to call me directly to apologize. This seems like a small pizza shop with good pizza, but have a few operational kinks to work out.

The pizza I would give a 4. The service was a negative 5. I placed an order online last night at 5:01pm. Confirmation said to expect delivery by 6:06pm. Seemed like a while for a 1 mile delivery for 1 large pizza and 8 garlic rolls. At 6:11pm I called looking for an update. I was greeted with a very hurried "thanks for calling Nick's, please hold". 3 minutes later somebody picked up. When I asked about my order they didn't seem to know what I was talking about and put me on hold for another 2 minutes. Dominic then answered and said sorry they were busy and my pizza would be out the door in 10 minutes. He also offered to take off the cost of the garlic rolls ($4). 30 minutes later, still no pizza so I called back. Answer right away this time and the lady said delivery should be pulling up right away. It still took another 5 minutes and the pizza was a medium, not the large I ordered.

On top of that, when I checked my credit card today it showed the original charge of $29 PLUS an additional $4, which I am assuming they intended to take off instead of double. I'll update this review if I see a...

Not sure how I feel. I'm from the northeast so finding good pizza is hard. So I was excited to try this 4.5 star rating pizza. I ordered 2 pies. We choose pick up and I regret it. I walked in to NO ONE wearing glows but EVERYONE touching food or items around them. An employee was eating right next to the man making pizza dough. Oh and on top of not wearing gloves, they also had NO MASK on.. So no mask and no gloves.. its germ city. As a food service manager I cringed. I know its family owned and they tend to do whatever they want but NO gloves ? I was scared to eat the pizza..

Now for the pies... the pizza wasn't bad. There sauce is good and they have a nice crunch to the pizza. Once you get by the old cheese taste , but im just a northern looking for good pizza so I will not rate your pies just the health issue's I saw.

But I got.that new York feeling of walking in a building and people just stare like "what are you doing here " ...ahh getting pizza from this...
