Wow, I wish I would have looked at the Google reviews before going to this Chipotle. We came into this location after a super fun day at Kings Island around 7pm. They had run out of brown rice, plain rice, lettuce, Sofritas, forks, and cup tops. The food stations were a mess, dirty containers were piled up on all the back work stations, the garbage was overflowing and every single table surface was dirty. Not once did I see an employee come out to wipe a table, refill anything or take out the garbage. The staff almost seemed surprised people were there to buy food and would need things like eating utensils. My brother's family had to go ask for forks, so you'd think by the time we got through the line after them that they'd be restocked, nope! When I asked for forks for our burrito bowls the employee was like, "How many do you need?" They never restocked it and I watched as costumer after costumer came through and had to ask for utensils, which were doled out costumer by costumer. So inefficient and frustrating for everyone. It was shocking to see a Chipotle so horribly managed, not what you normally associate with the brand. We'll never return to this location. If the front of the store is so poorly managed, I have serious concerns about the sanitation of...
Read moreThe first few years after this Chipotle opened they had an excellent staff. I would go in at least once most times twice per week. I knew all their names they knew mine and they knew my order as soon as I walked in the door. Now every time I go in they have different people and 90% of the time they are new and have no idea what they are doing. Overcooked flour tortillas, too much/too little rice and meat and cheese, green salsa is never consistent (sometimes it tastes like water and sometimes you can't taste anything over the burn), chips are never EVER cooked all the way, and 3 out of 5 of the times I went in the past month the person didn't wrap my stuff right and it leaked all over the bottom of the bag and all over the seat of my car! They are frequently out of rice, meat, and peppers and onions. It used to be if I had to wait, which I don't usually mind because they are busy, I would get chips and salsa on the house or free drink. Sometimes, even a free burrito. I haven't seen the management at the front of the house in ages! I used to rave about they're customer service...now...
Read moreWe have come here for lunch several times. Today was the last time. This place is always filthy. Portions are small and they run out of food. Today was no different, but today my husband asked for a half a spoon of rice. The girl with the red hair put double the rice on instead. My husband asked again that it only be half and she grabbed the tortilla and whipped it over to the trash and dumped the rice off in it. Then she looked at another girl that was working and rolled her eyes and looked all annoyed. She then put the same tortilla that had just been at the trash can and put it back up on the counter to re-use. She gave him tiny portions and looked mad the whole time. He was very kind and polite to her and handled it way better than I would have. She should have given him a new tortilla bc it almost looked like it touched the trash bin. Yuck! She always seems to have attitude towards the customers and seems to hate her job. That was the last straw for us. It takes no effort to be kind to people. We are always kind and smile to everyone. She should learn better...
