Taco Bell — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

Decided to choose something fast at drive thru. I noticed the place was sorta empty. A worker was pushing 2 garbage cans with boxes to the dumpster as I pulled up. I waited back before pulling on up to the window, as I was straining with bifocals on to see the menu. I pull up, started to order my meal. I had asked for 2 orders of chips and cheese. The hag at the window asked if I wanted cheese, I said yes. She proceeded to ask if I want cheese the second time, I told her, I thought that was what cheese & chips meant. Yes, I wanted cheese. She says out loud to other employees, girl.. don't you... I said, girl, don't you start.. I ended up just pulling forward, told her at the window, they lost a customer. She informs me she didn't care.. I will never go back to this unfriendly, nasty service, nasty management food never cooked as ordered, or better yet, missing many items after you waited forever for the meals to be prepared.Noticed most of the employees are either drop outs or drug users, as many good jobs would not hire these...

Me and my fiance came to the drive-thru on our lunch break today at 6:05pm. We sat at the speaker for five minutes then we said hello still no answer waited couple more minutes said hello again. Finally the little girl rudely says we ain't taking any orders and nothing else. Yet the lady behind us got her order taken so we pulled up to the window to ask why we were refused service she said because we were inpatient, excuse me taco bell?? We waited at your speaker over 7 min or more and because we said hello we are refused service?? She had a serious attitude I ask to speak to the manager because of her attitude and the way she treated us he comes to the window treats us the same way and also says he was refusing us service that we should have waited longer basically. First off he looked high he has no business obviously in management wth is wrong with this store???? Is this real life?? Is this how u conduct business now...

Nice emviroment and nice people but something went wrong when Id ordered a grande meal they came with just tacos, when i ordered half tacos half burritos, the lady apologizes and said give me back four tacos and I will give you four burritos instead, good, but how taking back something that somebody that you dont know already took out of the store, she doenst know me, so I assumed that is not the first time happening there, so make sure you are seeing while they are making your meal, I wont do this never but a insane mind outthere can poisoned o4 sppiting it and returning to the store with a no good food. Bu the way I asked her if were fine to returned after she told me to do it, that was weird for me, in some places if you do touch the food they cant not accepted anymore, some places allows you to keep the food or discarded by your own and replacing for the correct...
