I was excited to get wings for national wing day, at a discount at that! What a win right? I ordered a 10 piece with both dry rubs (lemon pepper and Cajun) and a 5 piece with a mild garlic parm sauce. I received everything promptly via pickup. I got kids meals too but that’s not what this review is about… I ate some of the wings last night and didn’t think anything of it, putting them in a tupper to bring to work the next day. At work, I eat a couple and get to a garlic parm wing, flats, my fave - but I see a fly! I was like man, he must’ve snuck in somehow? Rude, but I recover thinking my bad and put it to the side. But now I’m checking the wings, eat two more of the dry rub, no problem, then picked up another garlic parm - another fly! One is a coincidence, two not so much. I don’t have flies in my house to begin with unless an oddball finds its way in and this time this poor little dude is fried into the wing, no way could he have gotten there just by landing on my food at home. How many flies did I eat yesterday?! 😭 Having worked at a wing place through college I know that some mismanaged places keep their sauce bowls uncovered, especially during a dinner rush or order spike. That being said - please do better 🤮.

We were staying relatively close to this place, and my husband loves a good wing spot. The food was pretty good. My husband ordered the smoked traditional wings. For those, the sauce comes on the side. I think that's done in order for you to fully pay attention to the natural smoked flavor. Good choice because even naked, they were pretty food. My son ordered traditionally fried wings with a dry rub & some type of blueberry sauce. I've never seen a dry rub seasoning with so much seasoning. It was awesome. The bowl (once finished) was also full of seasoning. I personally didn't care for the blueberry flavored sauce. The chicken tenders were standard chicken tenders. I wouldn't mind having more crunch on my batter, but it was fine. The fries were also basic fries. Overall, the food was good, but I'm not bursting doors to get there again. The service and atmosphere were good. We had a very attentive & nice waitress. She was right on point with those refills, which was important because we had 2 teenagers fresh from a basketball tournament, and they were thirsty!

This is a tough one. Starting with the good, the food was fantastic. Some of the best wings I've ever had, the burger was juicy and their sauces were flavorful. Now for the service, OMG, it killed the entire experience and recommendation for this restaurant. The server was out of his element. Didn't get us drinks for 20 minutes, no refills, no sauces as we requested (although they tried charging us), and tables around us started leaving because they weren't being served in a timely manner. It was supposed to be Kids Eat Free but they tried charging us for their meals although two were supposed to be free. We felt ripped off and I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're doing takeout or grubhub.

I normally don’t post bad reviews, but this one is warranted. We just moved to town and decided to try this place based on reviews. We got sat quickly but took 15 minutes for the wait staff to acknowledge us, took another 25 minutes to get first round of drinks…which the manager brought over because they sat at the bar until they were visibly sweating. Even our appetizer came out long before the first drinks arrived. Mozzarella sticks, Korean boneless chicken wings, & lemon pepper dry rub wings were good. Garlic aioli fries were gross, soaked in grease, cheese not melted, and barely warm. Blueberry chipotle wings were room temp at best, ceasar salad (no meat) was warm and had way too much dressing. Then we waited another 25 minutes for our drinks (2 coronas & pineapple margarita that came with no salt on the rim even though I ordered it with salt ) before we started to get upset. My husband went up to the bar to ask the bartender for our drinks, since they had been sitting there the entire time, and our waitress was nowhere to be found. Keep in mind there is not one customer sitting at the bar.

The bartendar gave him a snotty attitude, and STILL didn’t hand us our drinks!! At that point he asked for a manager.

I believe the bartender went to our waitress instead of the manager, and alerted that we were unhappy. She finally came to the table and we asked why our drinks are still sitting at that bar. Which by then its now going on 35 minutes waiting for our second drink. “She said I’m sorry I’m just busy, I’ll take off the drinks if you don’t want them…. (that mind you were still sitting at the bar, even after being told we were upset bc we STILL didn’t have our drinks !!!) She then says “Do you still want to talk to the manager, because it’s going to be my fault anyway?”

The manager came over to the table 5 minutes later and didn’t address any of the issues. He just basically said thank you for bringing it to my attention. We were so frustrated that we just decided to pay our bill and leave. We still tipped the waitress 20% bc we’ve both worked in food & beverage for years.

We didn’t realize it until we got home but, we still paid for our round of drinks that we never got and our cinnamon pretzels we ordered to go…. and never got.

I don’t understand what the issue was because it was not that busy at all! In fact there was 3 people standing at the hostess stand, with no one to seat. There was atleast 8 people in the front of house with about 10 tables total sat in the restaurant.

We will not be back.

After we left Wings & Rings we went to Eli’s Sport Bar, down the road, to finish our date night. It’s not a fancy place, but it was awesome!! The staff there (especially Connor and the brunette gal that was working behind the bar) are amazing! Reasonably priced well balanced drinks that are served in legit 30 seconds, and the loaded totes were fire! We will definitely be...

I'm staying at the adjacent hotel. A couple days ago I thought I would call in an order but nobody picked up the phone after 3 attempts. Today I visited with the intent of dining in but changed my mind. It was a little after 4pm they were maybe a little above 25% capacity and most tables were clustered together. Servers would tug their masks down to talk to customers and then go handle food with the hand holding their masks. I was ignored for about 15 minutes. Ordered the fish and chips to go with a sprite. Server returned with a normal cup of sprite and sped off. Food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time but not my original server. She sped off before I could pay. I eventually got her attention but wouldn't take payment she wanted to go find the original server. She came back and informed me original server would be with me in 5 minutes. Original server appears and asks if I need anything else. I tell her the sprite is to go and she is already turning heel to go grab that, but luckily I was able to get her to stop and take my cash. My $2.79 sprite was delivered in a 16 oz Styrofoam cup. It took at least 35 minutes from when I entered.

The food. Fish, which was only one small fillet, had little breading and was patchy. Taste was bland and it was over cooked. Fries were of decent quantity and prepared well but bland in taste. 4 Oz of coleslaw was bland. Spicy tartar sauce was tasty. $11.99. There were no napkins, fork or ketchup packets included.

Not only is it risky eating here during COVID but it also isn't worth it...
