Basically everything with my visit here was disappointing except for my wait time, but the drive thru was empty and now I understand why. The person in the drive thru must've been high as a kite, he got in the speaker and all I heard was loud feedback, after explaining that I couldn't hear them and they moved to a better spot they took my order. They kept needing me to repeat my order, so I assumed they were making sure they got my order right which wasn't the case (explaining later). After the order was out through I get to the window and the guy nag no clue what was going on. He handed me a drink covered in soda, when I asked for napkins for it the manager got next to him and took it back from ne and cleaned it off. Then employee then proceeds to try and hand me a stack of napkins for the messy drink he just watched the manager wipe off. I start eating my food , biscuit is hard as a rock, the strips I ordered were almost cold, dry, and the regular ones even though I ordered spicy ones, and repeated my order multiple times. Fries were good, manager was nice, but I paid $15 for the wrong kind of food and it was awful. I wish restaurants would hire and keep quality employees if they're going to raise...

We were wanting to grab something quick for dinner, on our 3 hour car ride home. We waited in line for 20 mins, before our order was finally taken. During that 20 mins, a customer warned us to just leave because they were out of everything and it would take forever to get our food... That should have been a sign, for us to leave. So before we even ordered, we asked if they had everything that we wanted & they said they did.
After we paid and waited for 10 mins, a "manager" apologized that they were out of the red beans & rice - but that they could give us some extra mac n cheese or mashed potatoes for the problem. After we received our food 20 mins later, we opened our mac n cheese & it wasnt even full! They also forgot our large fries & gave us strawberry jam instead of ketchup! They also closed at 9:00pm due to being short staffed! So we couldn't even complain or get our money back! This wasn't just our order, it was with EVERYONE'S - ALL 4 CUSTOMERS IN THERE! So I guess I will write corporate tomorrow because this was unacceptable - basically robbed since we didn't receive what...

Absolute worst Popeye's experience of my life.
I placed an online order. I get to the store and the doors are locked. They close at 11 pm. It's 9:30. They're in a gas station. I tried to go through the gas station and they tell me I have to go to the drive-thru. OK...
I waited forever just to speak to someone on the speaker. And then they tell me the six strawberry cream cheese pies I ordered are limited items and no longer available. They asked if I'd take apple pie. I said, no thanks. Two pies are equal to one caramel cheesecake so, I said give me three cheesecakes. They said no. I asked for my money back. They said I had to contact support. I didn't want to leave with pies I didn't order, nor did I want to leave without my money. They went on and on about the district manager and rules.
That's back end stuff and none of my business. I was given six pies I didn't order; they refused a dollar-for-dollar exchange; they weren't capable of giving me a refund.
Inventory accuracy over customer service. This is apparently what the district manager wants. So, dear district manager: I'll never go to your Popeye's...
