MANAGEMENT - PAY ATTENTION HERE: If you're wondering why sales are low, and the McDonalds next door is constantly busy and you are not (and no, having a line of customers who have been waiting for 20+ minutes doesn't count as busy)...then take note:
1: tearing down the old, and replacing with the new style, while nice, doesn't make up for crap service
2: hiring high school and college kids who literally appear at the window with the attitude of "I don't give a **" written on their face, man does that just tell the customers "please come back"
Customers shouldn't have to ask those same cashiers for their change, let alone DO THE MATH for them on what their change should be...don't you have big fancy machines that you paid a lot of money that do that for them?
I understand that BK may have a different process than others, but how is it that if only one car goes through the drive-thru, they are still waiting from the time they place an order, until the time they drive off with their food, for 20+ minutes? I mean, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Culver's, Tom & Jerry's, Los 3 Burritos, hell...even Fatty's doesn't take that long. Perhaps you guys should re-evaluate your status as a "FAST" food restaurant.

Read moreNew years eve 2020/2021 receipt NOT given to call or text home office. 5 cars in drive through . nobody inside. Very slow for rush hour.. Waited over 20 minutes . Finally as I recieved food I ask " "after waiting 20 min , is my food hot at least"??? Was told "why wouldnt it be by a black employee" . I just left and got to my computer to "EVALUATE THIS EXPERIENCE.
MY Burgers were almost stone cold sitting waiting at the window. This is not unusual at this location. After 5 trips with stale bread sloppy made and old COLD meat i stopped going. I tried again and told them i wanted a FRESH MADE burger. The owner was working and asked me about it as I sat watching them make my food. I made it clear I wanted fresh bread and nothing from their holding bins. That was the ONLY time I had a decent burger there. I was told I should have contacted them.
I am contacting them right here. Service is rude slow sloppy and its obvious customers are not at all appreciated and appear more as a nuisance by disrupting them lazing around. If i could give negative stars i would. On Harrison ave ROCKFORD LOCATION they are 4 times as busy very little wait and have NEVER received a cold stale...
Read moreSo I go to this Burger King quite often ( I literally just left there) because I live very close to it and I will say they are some of the laziest employees I have ever seen at a fast food place college student or not you shouldn’t be rude to the customers and actually do your job that’s the first thing. The second thing is every single time I go there the order is always and I mean always messed up how hard is it to read a screen of an order when you have two cars in the drive-thru, because I get the same thing the exact way every single time I go and I ask for no onions there is onions on them every single time not only that they also like to add stuff that doesn’t even belong on it to begin with. The next thing is they seem to think that they can close whenever they want their time says 10 o’clock for closing I have gone there at 8:30pm 2 and 1/2 hours before closing time and they were closed The management needs to fire every single employee and replace them with people who actually want to work.
