I was here yesterday and I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I was in not only the quality of food but also the customer service and cleanliness of the store.
When I stop at this location, I am usually in the drive thru line and the last couple of times I've been here, my order always took longer than it should have - even when it's super slow. It also has been wrong a couple of times.
I went inside this location for the first time last night and it was honestly a complete disaster. The garbage was over flowing and there was wrappers and other garbage all over the floor. The team on duty was busy but not too busy where someone could of swept and wiped down tables. It would of literally took 5 minutes - maybe even less.
I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar -- they were out of creamer, so I got almond milk instead. I then ordered donuts -- they didn't have half the kind that I wanted. I then ordered 10 munchkins and ended up having to ask for them twice because they kept forgetting. The donuts I got were not fresh and the coffee I received tasted like tap water with almond milk.
I've heard multiple complaints from different customers throughout my entire 10 minute visit. There was never a manager on site. Another woman asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and one of the girl's response was, "I'm the closest thing to a manager..." then the woman began to explain how dissatisfied she was with the service. The "manager" did absolutely nothing. Not even an apology.
It was just a big mess. I understand how it is when it's busy - I've worked in hospitality and food service for a while now but what I experience last night was completely unacceptable. There should be a manager/supervisor in at all times so things like this do not occur. The staff seemed tired and impatient with everything. Definitely should work on some...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt least 3 separate times Iāve come to this Dunkin and there has been tiny black dots in the bottom of my refresher that I didnāt notice until I had left the store and got to my workplace. I just chalked it up to being coffee grounds that got spilled in the cup somehow, which is gross but not super concerning to me. This same scenario happened yesterday and I again did not notice until I had gotten to my job, so I couldnāt go back to show them (not that Iād want a replacement drink from there at this point anyways). However this time it was obvious that the black stuff on the ice in the drink was mold (probably from them not properly cleaning their ice machine). There was not only black things attached to the ice at the top, but there were multiple things in the bottom of my cup as well, including a sesame seed. This is disgusting and makes me believe that what I thought was coffee grounds in the past, was probably actually mold bits. I find it hard to believe whoever made my drink didnāt notice nasty stuff floating around in it. Super disappointing because I go to this Dunkin multiple times a week since itās on my way to work. I guess Iāll just have to start going out of my way to go to the other Dunkin in town where Iāve never had a bad experience. Also, not the stores fault, but when I put a claim in through the app to get a refund for my nasty drink, the app only offered me 250 rewards points for the issue. The drink I got costs 750 rewards points to get for free, so they werenāt even offering an equivalent. I denied that offer and said all I want was a refund on the drink, not points. I was told theyād have somebody contacting me to rectify it, but havenāt received a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe manager, a little girl, laughed at me on 8/4/17 at 8:15 a.m. when I was picking up a large order placed the night before. She thought she was superior to me because she is 20 years old (read ignorant). She laughed at me when I questioned two apparent receipts, and said "What do YOU think???" when I asked what I was supposed to do with two of them. I also asked for a pen. The little girl said they don't have pens at DD, but she shoved an open permanent marker toward me, drawing a line on my wrist and up the sleeve of my white shirt (second time worn, so a new shirt). Drawing on a person who doesn't desire to be drawn on is battery, which she will be finding out about. I asked the little girl if she was amused and she laughed. What kind of people does DD hire and make managers?? What kind of customer service does DD believe in and desire in its employees?? I don't think this little girl embodies it, nor is she a decent role model for anything beyond ignorance. For the first time in my life, I called a store worker an uncomplimentary name, but she was simply proud and said she tries hard that way. And Dunkin's franchise owner was not able to muster up the interest/concern/effort/respect/trouble/regard/cognizance, etc., to attend to this situation. There are plenty of other places that sell donuts. Do yourself a favor and take your business to one of them that is glad to...
