Updated review (4/27/25) Well I went back. 3 years after my previous (2 star) review and Ive been multiple times now recently. Happy to say that they seemed to have turned things around. Current staff is very friendly and take some pride in their work. I understand the customer service industry can be grueling especially when mixed with food service. This current staff puts their best foot forward from the moment you walk in. My food has been consistent every time Ive gone lately & good. Ingredients are fresh. So much so I had to update my review. Great work! Would recommend.

Old review Let me start by saying i love Jersey Mikes. But I stopped going to this location a couple years ago due to a staff member knocking a dirty dish rag off the counter onto the floor while making my sandwich, picking up said rag and then proceeding to make my sandwich. I pointed it out and she said “Oh it’s okay it’s a clean rag.” It was not a clean rag. She also was complaining about her job very loudly during the whole ordeal. I walked out before the sandwich was finished. Well recently I figured I’d give this location another chance & while most of the sandwich was good, the bacon was ROCK hard and I got minor food poisoning. Stopped here with my family on a Sunday evening in October while traveling back to the Chicago suburbs. They would not let us use the restroom due to "Covid". Surprising since they allowed us inside and I thought health department code stated they have to have publicly available restrooms. Since we had over an hour to drive to get to our destination we considered finding another restaurant but decided it would be faster to just order and get back on the road.

The music was so loud we could not hear the workers nor each other. We told the workers this but they did not lower the volume. It took 20 minutes from the time we walked in until our 4 sandwiches were made and we were the only customers in the restaurant. The making of the 4 sandwiches actually took all 3 girls behind the counter to make. Apparently they had difficulty hearing us as well because we discovered on the road that 2 of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. This used to be a fantastic place, but not anymore. On March 22nd 2019 I stopped in with my mother for lunch about 12pm. We immediately noticed the lack of management , the girl taking ordered just blurted out " what do you want" , the meat slicer was disgusting full of scraps that were obviously sitting there all day , the chips were not stocked, another customer pointed out he couldn't get the chips he wanted and the girl said "oh yeah, I gotta stock those" but she never did. It was lunch hour mind you, but there were hardly any customers at all which I thought was odd. The food itself wasn't bad but every table was filthy , I had to clean off a table myself. Napkin dispensors were empty as well. Then came the enevitable restroom visit, total disgust! Mens room floor covered in urin near the urinal, toilet totally backed up and it looked as though someone vomited in the sink. The crew were all young , probably 17 or 18 and acted as such , no manager visable . I am highly disgusted and will never return to...
