Subway — Restaurant in DeKalb Township

Ordered a couple sandwiches online for curbside pickup. Which this location does not accept coupons code. When I got home I realized that they had made a 6" sub in substitution for one of my 12" subs. I gave them a call to let them know that the order was incorrect and I would be in to pickup the other half. The owner said NO and proceeded to tell me that they needed to check the camera to confirm they made my sub wrong then they would call me to tell me to come in... I said no way I'm coming in now to pick up my other half. I'm assuming they checked the camera because they made the other half however, the owner started yelling at one of the workers "who made the sandwich". After they made the sandwich the owner had the audacity to tell me that I needed to check the order... I'm literally paying you to "check the order". Also they have 2 children (well behaved) that they make sit in the store while they work,...

I had a terrible experience at this Subway this morning. I placed an order for pickup on my way to work and when I walked into the store the order was not there even though it said it was ready. The manager told me someone had already picked up my order even though I said it wasn’t me and they showed me a picture of someone picking up my order. They refused to remake my order or give me a refund even though I wasn’t the one to pick it up because all that mattered to them was someone had already taken it. My first time ordering from this Subway during the pandemic. I'm only giving 4 stars because I'm on a salt restricted diet and everything is high in sodium. I got a delicious tuna loaded with veggies and peppers. Lightning fast service for me and my friend. We were the only customers in the restaurant.
