Excellent food and cocktails and a great vibe! Made a reservation and came in for dinner with a group of 6 and there was an awesome curation of cocktails (and mocktails) that left options for everyone. Appetizers were great - crispy rice w/ ahi, gyoza, and skewers were my favorites - and the sauces that accompanied each were tasty. For mains I had the local halibut (highly recommend) and theyâre generous on the portions of food - thought Iâd overdone it on apps but somehow managed to clear my plate. Looking forward to coming back and exploring the menu further - also will definitely be back for Happy Hour. Great addition to the Del Mar zone! Our server was super friendly and attentive - and kept our cocktails replenished at the proper rate. All in, great experience and recommend! I almost forgot the dessert⌠I donât even normally eat cheesecake but others in our group ordered one of the special cheesecakes for the table and I must say it was outstanding. All in I donât have anything negative to share from our experience this past weekend and I will say...
Read moreWhen I looked at previous reviews before coming here it led me to believe there were amazing ocean views, reality is partial view of a distant ocean and the view is of the street and buildings. Inside ambiance was lovely. Not sure if it's typical, we had the entire "inside" covered patio room all to ourselves which made for a lovely dining experience. Bottomless mimosas were good, however it would have been better if they would provide various types instead of standard with OJ. Tres Leches French toast was delicious. My boyfriend enjoyed his Coral Scramble. The potatoes were fantastic! My son had the kid's chicken tenders and fries. That was one of the best chicken tenders I have had in a long while. There were only two tenders but they were large pieces, moist chicken, with light crispy batter. Would love to see the brunch menu to expand the food options to...
Read moreHi. I was very exited to try this restaurant as I am with all new restaurants. Their online dinner menu seamed interesting but I donât eat pass 3.pm. So we went there for lunch and ordered couple of appetizers, couple of drink and shared a shrimp salad. Their lunch menu was ok but nothing extraordinary in my opinion, there was a pice of mud in the salad which I didnât see but tasted in my mouth after swallowing. Also, I asked for spicy guava marg but I got a drink which was very strong and unpleasant- bitter, a flavor I wasnât familiar with, it gave me instant headache and a mild throat spasms with the first two saps, so I had to stop drinking it. I had no idea waitress mistakenly served me a different drink till the next day seeing that pineapple shape glass that they served me is a drink called âpainkiller !!!!!â. I hope your visit will be much...
