Were there with about 100 other diners for a special event and formal dinner on 2nd floor. Because the group was mainly youth, we had many in our group and had informed the facility well in advance. For some unexplained reason, he decided to make just one tureen with six stuffed mushrooms for the entire group! Of course, this was exhausted after just the first dozen of our group. We asked the servers to bring more for the youth but they said the chef had left the premises (!) so nothing else could be made. One young male server claimed there was a request for only one meal and said "it's not my problem!" Bad attitude from him another another male server did eventually apologize. But why would the staff put out the vegan item for the masses if there was a request from even one vegan? Many of us had to no alternative but have a dinner of just boiled vegetables and cold salad.
