The service and taste of the food is fine. The problem is that about 1 in 3 times I order food from this location the order is incorrect. I ordered 2 hook and ladders and a turkey sub. Had to return the turkey because it was a third hook and ladder. I told the Manager that I needed to return the sub because it was incorrect. Manager was happy to remake or refund the sub. I asked for the refund and advised that this is a common issue at Firehouse. This is where I realized why 1 in 3 subs are wrong. Manager opened container looked at it and then looked at the ticket and asked what was wrong. Two small subs one medium. The medium was the wrong sub. I advised that it should be a turkey. I asked why this happens so frequently with a printed receipt. The Manager advised that all the subs look the same because they have cheese on them. He stated that when there are multiple subs on a ticket it is difficult to get the orders correct and everyone working was new. I advised this should be a learning experience. This was not they forgot tomatoes or added mustard. This was a completely different sub. The Manager then advised that his employees probably grabbed the wrong sub. That means there are two subs made incorrectly. Manager was completely fine with the sub being incorrect. He was more concerned that I was pointing out they have a quality control issue. Last statement from the Manager was that he never sees me in the store. How do I ordering and receiving the wrong subs every third time. My last statement was I don't come to Firehouse unless my wife wants a sub because the orders are...
Read moreThe first time I went to fire house the food was outstanding! My friend and I went the other night and our sandwiches looked like someone through everything together and threw it on a bun! I ordered extra cheese, which was an up charge. And when I got my sandwich there was only a quarter size amount of cheese on the end of my sandwich. I ordered grilled onions and the sandwich was so salty you couldn't possibly eat it. The other sandwich was just a hot mess. They told me to come again and they would redo them at no charge. I asked if I could just order something different, first the guy said yes then called me back and said no. That was fine. He said it had to be just like I ordered it the first time. I had ordered it with no green peppers. I am allergic so just like the first order No green peppers. I get home I'm starving and I just know this sandwich is gonna be awesome! No, it was full of green peppers! I called them back and the manager Kiera was very nice and said she would refund my money. I did have to drive back up there to get the money which was the third trip and never did get to eat the amazing sub I thought I'd get! I will never go...
Read moreWe're here on vaca from Seattle. My wife saw Firehouse and said, Lets try it , you've always wanted to. We walk in. There's 5 employees, only one is working an order at the counter. Theres 4 in the back talking. Nobody says anything to us for 5 mins. So I tell the lady behind the counter. We dont have these but I always wanted to try it. She shrugges me off. Another 5 mins. Another employee ask the other, what should I do. She finally tells her to take our order. She takes our order, but never smiles or offer extra toppings or condiments. Remember not everyone knows how firehouse subs works. At subway you watch snd tell them which toppings. So sandwiches fall short on toppings cause of my ignorance. I'll take that. But my wife ask for her sandwich cold not toasted with vinegar and oil. Mine was a toasted steak and cheese. You made her toasted, mine cold and so soggy with vin and oil. I threw it away. Your employees were unprofessional, dirty, and plain rude. Ive been in customer service 27 years. I manage 40 man crews. Your people reflect on your customers. This customer is very unsatisfied, and I think its your staff at...
