The lady that took my order was extremely condescending, rude and snappy. While I was placing my order I felt as if I was a bother to her. So much so that I actually apologised to her at the window when i gave her my money. I could could see her rolling her eyes as she was closing the window, snickered something to a co-worker and started laughing. That typically wouldn't be something I'd be upset over because tasteful workplace fun goes a long way when building a strong team and high moral. However in this case I strongly felt i was the laughing stock of some joke. As she was giving me my change which amounted to 12.28 it was all in singles. Again its not something I'd be upset over but it felt intentional. I guess im lucky it wasn't all nickels and pennys. When she handed me my bag of food she just stuck her arm out till I grabbed it. As I thanked her she just turned around. As the window began closing I had to call out to her and ask where the rest of my order was. Not so surprisingly I was once again subjected to her poor attitude as she stated, "It's just the food bag" and went to walk away. At this point I decided that I had been subjected to enough of her poor behavior and wondered how many other fellow patrons experience this customer service. I kindly asked for her manager and she told me that she is, she's a team lead and turned to her. register and the window closed. She did not have a name tag anywhere visible and she was wearing jeans which seems odd to me considering she's a "Team Lead". Oddly enough I didnt notice anybody else wearing jeans. Once again near the window she began talking to somebody and started laughing at something that was apparently hilarious and walkec away. A short while later a gentlemen wearing a brown Dunkin Donuts sweatshirt and black pants gave me the rest of my food which apparently hadn't made it's way into the "food bag" but ill just assume that's becuase it was just a donut that couldn't be placed near my bagel sandwich. In all my years this has been my worst experience at a Dunkin Donuts and im seriously contemplating never going back. For all I know this might be exactly what she wanted so that social hour isnt interrupted by pesky paying customers. This entire ordeal has been so upsetting that I felt it necessary to spend my time sharing this experience with the hopes of...
Read moreI’m completely dissatisfied with the service my husband and I received today from this staff.
Started well upon ordering which was taken politely and even a lil humor added with Katrina assuming my husband was only paying and not getting anything.
We assumed that’s probably what happens most of the time in area. Then we received our order; my husband is on the road trucking, so luckily I checked items in our bag before pulling off only to discover very cold, like literally can feel the cold outside of the bag of hash browns.
Now our time on road is delayed an extra 5min or so due to having to go back inside and show evidence of cold hash browns to Katrina who took our order.
She confirmed with her own hands how cold you could feel the hash browns just outside of its bag & gave to another young lady in the back who only told me that they couldn’t take them back but would make some more.
Not a freaking apology or even a drink or donut for our inconvenience. No empathy whatsoever which really bothered me coming from 15+ years of customer service experience.
Katrina hands me our hash browns and I proceed back to the car and hubby felt the sandwiches weren’t cold outside of bag so unfortunately we assumed they were made fine but to my dismay of my Turkey sausage, egg, and cheese croissant; it was over cooked—like crispy to my dislike and since we already were back on freeway—it was a little to late to turn around for a refund.
Extremely poor first experience passing through this location especially after looking forward to something tasty.
If you’re expecting professional and simply kind customer service, this place isn’t it—-well at least this morning staff on this good ol Thursday at 11am. 😩
Oh and we were given very old jelly for our sandwiches. The pic...
Read moreNow I am not a coffee lover so my visits to this location have strictly been food related. When this location first opened for business I had a friend that worked there and thought I would stop by and try myself a bagel sandwich. It was absolutely one of the driest most horrible tasting sandwiches I had ever attempted to eat in my life. I had only took 3 bites and threw it away. I figured I would give them more time since it was still new maybe it was a fluke.
Now, today I go and buy myself 2 doughnuts. I got an apple fritter and an apple cider. The apple cider doughnut was what I was most excited for and turned out to be the least appealing doughnut to have ever breached the taste-buds of my mouth. The dough was VERY heavy and the aftertaste was unbearable. Again after just a few bites I just tossed it away. The apple fritter has an alright taste but still has the same heavy dough. This one I can eat but it makes me a little upset that I paid 50% more for what some would consider a "premium" doughnut and I get better doughnuts from the mobile down the street from me that are delivered daily by Piggly Wiggly. Doughnuts are meant to be light and fluffy and put you on a great start to your day. They are not meant to be heavy and taxing and make you feel somber and fat.....
Needless to say there is no reason for me to step another foot back into ANY...
