Wendy's — Restaurant in Delavan

If I could rate it a "0" I would. About 15 employees standing around, a line of customers inside. 1 cashier only taking 1 order and finishing the entire order herslef before waiting on the next person in line. The cashier was waiting for food for that order to come up and the the same cashier was packing the order and serving the food to the customer before taking the next customer in line while at least 10 or so other employees all lokked as if they were chasing their tails achomplishing nothing but serving the almost no existant drive thru line completely ignoring the in building customers. Each customer transaction taking and average of 15 minutes. After waiting over 45 minutes, at least 20 of which was spent as the next person in line and never actually got waited on at all), I finally walked out without ordering....3 people waiting in line behind us walked out prior to that after waiting over 10 minutes with no attempt to move the line forward from staff! When we left there were still another 3 customers that stayed behind us still waiting. The worst part was it is wasn't even during a meal time of day and their staff couldn't even manage to do their job. This was the absolute worst fast food...

Don’t get to Wendy’s much, but when we do, we come to this location and always do a big order, including the family size nuggets. Been here a handful of times usually it’s pretty dead and the staff that they have working does not care is rude and has zero people skills… Wish I had gotten his name, but who knows if he even still works there. But this time was totally different. June 30, 2024. The entire staff was on point extremely friendly, extremely helpful. It was around 6pm on a Sunday super busy , I asked for items dropped fresh. They did everything perfect! They brought the order to my car as it was a large order, only thing that was forgotten was a side of buffalo sauce, but not a big deal. The young gentleman working said well you should still get what you paid for , I hope THIS staff never leaves this location. These people are doing their jobs. Fantastic over the top. After getting off of work I received a text from my girlfriend (who is allegeric to mayo) that she wanted me to swing over and pick up food for her on my way home. Baconator NO MAYO. I go through the drive through after hearing a loud sigh over the speaker saying what do you want ask for a baconator with no mayo and a coke. Didn’t ask for size for burger or drink just said it’s going to take a while we close soon. After getting to window and paying for food received and checked burger it just turning 12:01 noticed mayo and asked if they could remake it. I was told no they can’t because they just closed. Extremely disappointed as someone who works in fast food I understand wanted to leave when closing but also know that if you make a mistake you should fix it.
