Arby's — Restaurant in Delaware

I don’t even know to start but to say “I am amazed “ and “damm fine job” the back story wife says to me have I had the Arby’s crispy fish sandwich? No I respond, she then says let’s get one it’s a nice day to try for a lunch item …after some discussion I look on google to see what’s open near us finding several near but here is kicker the store we settled upon is the highest rated and had some of the best comments / reviews in a positive way. So that to say today did not disappoint the young man behind the counter (Reginald) I think the slip stated rung us up. Was very polite courteous and responsive to our requests which we understood was going to take a bit longer to prepare..here is the second part the manager on duty called my name and stated that it was taking a few moments longer and she would be right back in just a few minutes with my completed order. “Wow” so to final if your looking for a good Arby’s meal from a well trained and organized staff then the Kirkwood highway location is it (I drove down from north of Wilmington) next the meal (chrispy fish) was excellent!!! Place needs a little more help and more friendly associates and what happen to the microphones from back in the day. But the cashier was sick and someone should have sent her home because she was not feeling good that day and understandable to why she didn't great us or smile or have any energy! So the manager is who I blame for that. The manager should have sent her home. She was coughing and touching everything and did not wash her hands at all. But the napkins was out, the area with sauces was a mess and waited a good 5min for our food . My fries was lukewarm and was missing a fry so my friend got the missing fry and it was piping hot. My cheese on my Ruben did not taste too fresh and my bread was not toasted and my supposedto hot sandwich was cold. Haven't been to this site since early 2000s and I see why. Never coming back but I do like Arby's food over all. Didn't want to go and complain and wait longer so I ate what I could and went home and warmed it up in...

Not once but twice our order was wrong. Hamburgers should not drip blood 🩸 cashier said that is how they are made and rolled her eyes. We got several nuggets that were empty not one but twice. 2 apple fritters were not available they were to replace with a reg roast beef which was missing. Manger was polite but cashier said door dash made our food. This is unacceptable as this was my favorite fast food place and the dirty looks staff had my husband who is an amputee is beyond rood. I will never go there gain as it was a loss of most of food and rude cashiers. I will be sure to contact the state on how dirty is was and let even know how food is incorrect not once but twice. Kudus for a nice manager but horrible and lack of all of food and disrespect to a handicapped state employee. Good luck getting anything right. I will pass this on...
