Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delaware

I stop here every morning before work to get some coffee and sometimes some breakfast. Sometimes, their walk in is close due to being short staffed and unfortunately they can't help that. The drive thru can get backed up fast but they work very fast and hard at clearing the line! I always order ahead but when I get to the speaker and window, they are always so sweet. I don't know the name of the lady at the window who gave me my order (and who usually does daily), but she is ALWAYS so sweet and kind!! You guys are doing awesome!

Edited to add: I originally made this a 5 star review because I loved their service. That changed almost INSTANTLY today. I placed an order around 9:40am for WALK IN pick up. If walk in is not available, it ALWAYS prompts you on the app to pick up via drive thru. That did not happen. I placed the order via walk in, and arrived around 10:10 to pick up my order. There was a sign out front that said drive thru only. I called the store 4 times and knocked a handful of times before someone finally answered the phone. I said I was here for a walk in pick up and had my receipt. She said I had to go through drive thru since they were short staffed. I already paid $10 for my order and it was ready to be picked up via walk in. She refused to hand me my order through the door and told me to go through the drive thru. I asked for a re fund. She told me to go through drive thru. If I had time to sit in drive thru for 30minutes I would have placed my order through drive thru. I informed them I did not have time to do that, she refused to give me my order. So not only did I leave without my items, I left without a refund for the items I didn't even get. Absolutely horrible will never go here again, I ordered a glazzed donut and it was covered in hair on the outside and the Inside of the donut, i told the manager and she blew me off, so today march 17 2016 after not going there for a couple weeks me and my father decided to give the store a second chance , we ordered a sausage wake up sand which with hash browns , a medium coffee with sugar a small sweet tea, and a chocolate sprinkle donut , we live in Wilmington so we drove back home and when my dad took a sip of his coffee and said it tasted weird so he opened the lid to stir it and saw white chunks indicating that the milk was bad, he dumped it down the drain but that's not it, instead of being a chocolate donut it was filled with cream, the hash browns was freezing cold , instead of a sausage wake up wrap it had ham that didn't smell good and the sweet tea had no sugar , so my dad called the store and the manager did not care, she just blew us off, and caught an attitude with my father, I will not be returning here, and I'll make sure to tell all my friends how horrible this place is, its the dunkin donuts next door to...
