Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delaware

Went to go comment “theres literally always something” and realized I’m clearly not the only one. To charge almost $3 for a hot coffee and continuously mess up the order every time has been super frustrating. Bagels “toasted” are burnt. You ask for salt and pepper and this is the only dunkin that has ever told me they don’t carry it.

Never have any issues when it’s the younger employees filling the order. The woman manning the orders (assuming the manager) is older and is consistently making the errors, never smiles, super unpleasant. But I can handle a little unpleasantness if it means my coffee is done right! There was one time where I was borderline yelled at and given an attitude for not correcting her in the drive thru lane for getting my order wrong lol. And its not like theres a walk in option for this location.

Sad since this is the only location on my way, otherwise wouldn’t have come back here. But they’ve rightfully earned their 1...

After a long wait finally having my order of one med black coffee I drove around to the window where two girls were standing and laughing just having a great time. Finally I asked for my coffee and the girl said " it's right here on the counter" And then had the nerve to ask if I had to go....

I left the coffee and found another dunking where they value their customers

This morning I ordered a drink, hash browns and a breakfast wrap with turkey sausage and no cheese. The drink was fine, however, the hash browns were barely warm and were mushy and all stuck together and were stick to the paper pouch they were served in. I purposely requested NO CHEESE due to an allergy. They put cheese on it, and pork sausage vs. the turkey I ordered. So I'm without the hasbrowns and the breakfast wrap.
