They always mess up my girlfiend and I's food order 2-3 times a week when we go there. They have messed up so bad that they give us the wrong food through the drive thru window and we tell them and they still don't throw it away they will give it to whoever it belongs to, which should be a health code violation. They never get our coffee order right. We have wasted so much money on coffee because we throw it away because we drive thru before work and they make it wrong and we won't realize if until we already are too far away. On some occasions we have turned all the way around and took it back. Because there was a week where they messed up our ordered between not giving us the right food or not making our coffees right that we went back and complained because it made it the third time that week where we wasted our money. The only accomoadation the owner did for us was gave us punch cards to buy a certain amount of food or coffee and after so many hole punches you would get a free coffee or sandwich. So in all reality we had to keep spending our money at only that location for where those cards were good for to have them potentialy keep messing up our orders anyway. The last thing to happen was this last week where the owner was at the window and on the phone while giving out orders and taking payment that he forgot to give my girlfriends debit card back to her and she had to turn all the way around from where she was headed and they were not...
Read moreI love this location! I work next door so i come here almost everyday. Everybody is always extremely nice. The young man that works the register in the afternoon always has a positive attitude. Tonight he was leaving his shift as i was coming in to get coffee and he still took the time to tell me someone was coming to take my order. I felt like that was going the extra mile since he was off the clock and really didn't have to. He also recognized me from earlier and as someone who has work customer service, that is a sign of great work ethic when you actually pay attention to who your customers are! The guy who rung me up tonight is also very nice. I ordered a small iced coffee that came out to $3.49 and i guess they have some kind of promotion going on that i didn't know about so he upgraded my drink to a medium at $2. Read moreLeft my card at home and quickly did a mobile order. There was one car in front of me and I noticed a person peeking from the window to see my car. I’m assuming her level of rudeness depended upon what I looked like. Once I reached the window I was rudely greeted by a woman that told me I need to go around because I need to give them 7 minutes for mobile orders. If I was told that at the intercom I would have just left. The person that was actually preparing my order told her, “it’s just an iced coffee and a few donuts.” I was 2 seconds away from canceling my order.
The white woman was clearly agitated and wanted to give me a hard time while the lady with the beautiful accent was almost done with my order. It would have taken me longer to go back around the drive through then to sit for 30 seconds to get my order. It’s called customer service!!!
