I personally don’t particularly like doing reviews because it could have been a one time issue but this calls for it.
My cousin wanted to go for his birthday, we easily spent closer to 300$ on food, drinks, arcade play and the unlimited pass option. First off you have to book laser tag in advance which is understandable considering they were very busy along with anything else. Most of the laser tag guns worked and some were broken in some way or just straight up not working with broken screens or not shooting properly.
The gravity ropes option should have a caution at the front desk, Simply for tall people it doesn’t make sense to even attempt ( 6ft 7 ) you are crammed and it’s difficult to navigate.
Most of the arcade games work but some just straight up take your credits and don’t turn on and the staffs response is “ we can’t do anything about credits spent “.
We waited over 55mins for a CHEESE pizza, While people that ordered after us with much more complicated food ( wings, burgers, chicken ) received their food within 20 minutes. When asked we were told to continue waiting and it would be brought out.
Billiards has HORRIBLE pool cues, no chalk is provided, balls are chipped, tables are dirty and rolled and ripped. The tips on the cues we got were missing chunks of the tip. ( a security deposit should really be placed to avoid this ).
Lastly the bowling, Shoe rentals are almost 30$ for 5 people. They lack a majority size of bowling balls for smaller children and the bowling lanes are off centered and taper off the sides and are not level. I also had problems with the pins all getting knocked down and not resetting.
Overall the place was clean and the majority of staff were helpful, some seemed as if they didn’t want to be there and it was forced upon them.
I left my review like this so things can possibly be solved. We ended up leaving because it was very frustrating to have constant delays considering we drove from Dover to try it. We could have spent less money at lefty’s in Rehoboth and had a more...

I encountered difficulties in receiving assistance when needed. Despite standing in line for 15 minutes, I observed one manager and three staff members preoccupied with setting up retractable belt barriers and unable to provide support.
Although a front desk staff member noticed me waiting, they chose to engage in a conversation with another colleague rather than offering assistance. When I finally received service, the interaction felt rushed, despite me not voicing any complaints, as I was eager to enjoy the festivities.
Furthermore, after two hours of playing, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for assistance at the winning ticket store. This experience did not meet my expectations, and I believe improvements in customer service would greatly enhance the enjoyment for future visitors.
Previous- I recently visited Main Event and had a wonderful experience. The facility was impressively clean, and the layout made it easy to navigate from one activity to the next. The food was delightful with a variety of options to choose from, making it a perfect spot to grab a bite while enjoying some entertainment. The selection of games was extensive, catering to all ages and interests, and the bowling experience was particularly enjoyable. I was thrilled to find that they had bowling shoes available in size 18, which is a rarity for me and definitely a highlight of the visit.
As someone who frequently visited Round One in Pennsylvania, I was curious to see how Main Event compared. I'm happy to report that the arcade did not disappoint and offered an equally engaging and fun-filled environment. Overall, my first-time visit to Main Event was a fantastic one, and I look forward to returning soon with friends and family to explore more of what they...
Read moreCame in on a Sunday afternoon at 5pm with 3 friends. We wanted to have a meal and then enjoy our all day pass. The sign to the dining area stated to wait for hostess to be seated. We waited about 15 minutes and no one came around to seat us. We then approached the bartender and he said to seat ourselves. Waited another 10 minutes and asked a runner if anyone would be coming by. He said he would let them know and as we waited, we watched the hostess finally approach the stand to help someone else who just walked up to be seated. We left to grab food somewhere else and hoped things would be better with the arcade and other activities. A large handful of the games either down/broken or would swipe credits and not work at all. After wasting money on arcade games that aren't included in the all day passes, we wanted to do the laser tag. We'll the attendant couldn't care less to acknowledge us until spoken to and then told us sign up was around the corner. We signed up and came back. She then instructed us to put on vest and waved us into the arena with no instructions. Her attitude came off as we were bothering her to do her job and she had better things to do. We didn't even bother with doing the gravity ropes or bowling as we didn't want to waste any more time than we had. Overall, the atmosphere is inhospitable and the employees seemed to hate their jobs. Most were crowding around in their areas gossiping and when the single employees were approached the came off as irritated. Watched as only one of the four people at check in helped people, kitchen employees goofing off and eating through the food window, and had a rude employee who would rather be on her phone. I don't ever leave reviews because I never feel the need but this was absurd and very upsetting after spending roughly $140 dollars for 4 all day passes and $40 more for...
