McDonald's — Restaurant in Delaware

If I could give this location zero star if it would let me! Let me first off start by saying I went into this location I was looked at like no one was able to help me everyone was in the back talking then when they came to the front the woman approached me is that a service dog you have? I said yes and I showed her my service dog card. My dog was laying down because she was hot because we just left the park beforehand with my son and my self. Let me also say that this dog has seen two tours in Iraq fighting for this country! I was picking up chicken nuggets for my son and she literally told me that's not a service dog that service dogs don't lay down like that! So I told her I said how you going to disrespect me and my animal trying to tell me it's not a service dog after I showed you it service dog card and tag? And she didn't seem to care she just kept on with her attitude give him his food so he can go! So I said no problem I'm going to contact corporate! Funny part was she didn't even want to give me her name and she was a manager! that's exactly what I did they definitely need to check their attitude of this location especially to people with service animals it's against the law to turn a service animal away under any...

Placed an order with only one customization. Just wanted the cheeseburger without any onions. Instead of that I got a burger without anything else on it and a sticker that didn't match my order number so i know someone else ended up with the wrong thing too.

To get it fixed I waited at least 10 minutes had to remind them twice and it ended up being wrong. While waiting my food was sitting getting cold at the table. I also had to remind them about my order it was nowhere on the screen of orders in progress or being served when the numbers past me were so it looks like they're marking orders as served to beat the clock I'm sure they're supposed to keep up with which probably accounts for their mistakes. I'm not the only who went up to the counter for a mistake.

My receipt wasn't given back either. Took a full 45 minutes to be able to sit and eat my food and had to go back up for a straw when my shake was delievered. Just overall a horrible experience and would've driven further for a...

UPDATE REVIEW!!: 3.25.22 ATE INSIDE this time!! 😀 WOW!! Did I become a V.I.P. or Win a Million💵💰?? Well a friend and I went Inside (first for me in a while! usually I do Drive-thru ya know??😷😏) The place was So Clean!! Spotless!! Bathroom.✔️ Tables/chairs.✔️ The Food was GOOD. We had shakes, burgers, chicken sandwich & fries. 🌟OUTSTANDING was the Customer Service. OUTSTANDING!! The employees were absolutely Polite, Professional and gave Customers, such V.I.P. Service!! Normally I've only had this type in a renowned Restaurant. Not your every day fast food place!! Thank You McDonald's Employees for a wonderful experience. I will be back - to eat IN!- again!!
