EVERYONE is complaining about the people in drive thru and their attitude. I went through their drive through Wednesday night 9/10/2025. I had a mobile order. Online it said their golden sauce was sold out. So when I got to the window there was a young man and a beautiful young woman working. I explained that I tried ordering the sauce but it was sold out. They were both very,very pleasant and said," Yes, we're sold out". I asked if they could possibly give me some from their guns they use for making their sandwiches. (I'm assuming they still use them). They were both very nice and got me some. I didn't get one oz of an attitude or anything. My order was correct and hot. Secondly I don't appreciate the one review a man left saying the whole crew was Hispanic and I guess they're becoming more diverse! If I could have replied to his and many other reviews I definitely would have. Why does race even have to get brought up. We are all human beings at the end of the day. We all make mistakes no matter the color of our skin! We all bleed red! The 2 people that helped me that night were so nice to me. They didn't get mad, an attitude or anything when I mentioned the golden sauce situation. So before anyone else decides to throw in race think before speaking! We're all humans and all have feelings. Read moreI arrived at the restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order and went to the pickup window and rang the doorbell as this is how this restaurant wants to handle pickup orders. After ringing the doorbell occasionally for about 5 minutes I decided to go to the drive thru because I was being completely ignored. Once at the drive thru I told them I was there for a DoorDash order and was immediately greeted with an attitude from the employee stating that I had to go back to the pickup window on the other side of the building. I tried to explain that I waited and rang the doorbell multiple times and nobody came around. Again, I was greeted with an even nastier attitude while the employee decided to take up an argumentative stance with me. I argued back trying to explain that this is no way to treat people. I may not have been a customer this night, but I still expect better from your employees. I am glad this is not the McDonald’s that I spend my money at. I will never be coming back here even if it is to pick up a delivery order. I have reported the incident to DoorDash, which in turn tried to resolve the issue by calling the store multiple times but nobody answered. The last 6 times I went through this drive-through, they've either forgotten the French fries, cheeseburgers 🍔 or both in that they did not provide the entire "Happy Meal"! I've caught this b4 leaving twice, but the last time, given the crowded drive-through, busy traffic day, and overall unprofessional actions of the drive-through crew, I didn't find out they had forgotten Happy Meal until I made it home. I drove back, asked for a manager inside, and then the manager tried to make their error, my fault!!! I specifically asked, while in the drive-through, if all the items were in the 3 bags and the woman, Hispanic with limited English speaking capabilities, answered "Yes." I pulled off. So, I didn't mention that the order taker was not able to be understood. I couldn't understand her due to her heavy Asian accent. I'm 60 years old and retired Sr. Program Manager and have traveled around the world.
