The service at this location is efficient from placing and paying your order to collecting said order. They have someone expediting the orders, which helps to ensure orders/meals are correct. They have a pretty good formula that can handle the lunch rush.

The food is pretty good. Please note: If you have a peanut allergy, they utilize peanut oil to cook the fries. Speaking of fries, the fries are hand cut and prepared everyday. Additionally, they have a sign near the pickup area, which let's you know where today's potatoes came from. If you are able to eat the fries they are a delight to eat. The burgers are great. The little burger is pretty good size if you are debating what to get in that department. Their menu also features hotdogs and sandwiches such as Grilled Cheese and two vegetarian options. Kasandra! Kasandra! Kasandra! Friendliest service I’ve ever had anywhere! Greeted by her as soon as we walked in!! Took our order with a smile, some jokes, and turned around to sing our order to the fully staffed kitchen of women! Food was great!! Kasandra checked on us numerous times to make sure we were doing good, as she danced around, cleaned and took care of all other customers!! I felt like I was invited to a friends home for dinner!! Kasandra even greeted other employees coming in for their shifts! Like a wonderful mom running the show with pride and happiness! Undercover Boss needs to come reward Kasandra and her wonderful entourage of ladies working with smiles! Wonderful atmosphere!! She made the whole place feel good energy!♥️...

I would give them a zero. I ordered thru website and paid with card. The website said that it was declined use a different card. I checked my bank and the money was taken out. Called the store first they said have to call corporate. Corporate then told me to call the store to make sure they did not get the order. Called store back they said they did not and there was nothing they could do. Called corporate back. They were no help said they would generate a reference number so I could get the refund back. So now I am out $42 dollars and no food. So do not buy anything from them through their website they will not help you...
